  • hey im a big fan of you video's but i have an anoying bug in my photoshop cs5. when i enlarge my brush the bottom right of it dissapears and when i make it bigger it fully dissapears this is with the standard brushes and downloaded ones.

  • damn I love ur accent. and great tutorial of course. though I prefere it without the blue. but that's a matter of taste. in fact u havent shown any move to me that I didnt know. but u combined them in a way I could not have imagined. especially the perspective transforming. I have used it before, but I dodnt think it would make the rain look like it comes straight onto us. great tut, thanks for sharing

  • Great!!

I had already experimented with rain before, but I think yours is easier.

That blended with the mist clouds that I have been learning have make my day!

  • I love rain. Thank you very much.

and I also have a question. I never have a change to take the picture when it's rianing.

Can you change the cloud color or your image color to make it look like rain weather?

  • BEST Photoshop rain tutorial I've seen so far!

Excellent job, very well explained! :)

  • Great effect...you are very good and pedagogic.

  • You've a great teaching style. Good tutorial, thanks.

  • I have photo shop pro photox2 I would like to make an area on a image transparent so that I can use it on a video How can u do it or can it be done to save it to your pictures?and retrieve put on video and still be transparent!can someone help?

  • I'd probably let some of the rain ease up just at the statue too keep it from looking like it's a curtain of rain in front of the statue, and I'd like to see the face a litle better. And I would lower the saturation as well on the last step. But good work and handy tips! :)

  • is this cs4?

  • great tutorial, thanks for charing

  • really really great...best tutorials i've seen =)

  • sure

  • Dude you have the best voice ever!!!

  • Gotta admit, I started watching this with skeptisim. Most 'rain' techniques using Monochromatic/Guasian Noise and a Motion Blur look so damn bad. But you managed to pull it off pretty well. Though If it was me, after the Hue/Saturation adjustment layer I woulda probably tried to erase some of it with a low opacity soft brush, because the clouds dont look as stormy as they did before the adjustment layer. Anywayz, keep up the good work :3

  • great tutorial! :P thanks

  • hey, look at his face 8:10

  • lool haha xD

thx for the video very helped me *o*

  • Great tutorial!! Thanks a mill!

  • Great Video, awesome effect.

  • thanks i need more advanced videos!!!

  • Exelente, luar biasa....its help so....sangat membantu saya (in Indonesia language), Terimakasih (Thank You Sir)....

  • we could have used the brush to clear the blue adjustment on the statue a bit in Hue adjustment layer to make it more realistic I suppose, But thanks for a gr8 tutorial

  • As long as you see the white rectangular box next to the Level Adjustment icon in the layer's palette that means we can use the black brush right?

  • thank you so much for making a complicated system so much fun! i'm a huge fan and appreciate your sharing your knowledge with all of us.
