to make it easier to animate the lipz mask... just select the entire mask and keyframe it moving with the lips.... especially easier to do when what your trying to mask isnt moving (like your lips)

hi, dese r my pc specs

intel {R} pentium 4 3.40 GHz and 512 mb ram.I have adobe premiere installed nd wrks perfectly fine.I've also installed adobe after effects but I cnt seem to import movies properly cause weneva I try to play a movie in adobe after effects I c only a blank screen but can hear its dialogues and oda stuff.

The way that I do the noir effect is to:

-Duplicate the Video layer

-Apply color correction>tint to layer one

-Apply a color correction>brightness and contrast to layer one with boosted contrast slightly lowered brightness

-Add a blur to layer one(fast blur works fine)

-Set layer two's track matte to luma

-Apply a hue and saturation to layer two and desaturated it (though maybe not all the way, so there are still some grungy colors)

I think I have an example of it uploaded in the bullet test...

FYI: Instead of rotoscoping the lips you could've applied the leave color effect and then applied another hue/saturation effect overtop and boosted it up
