my problem is (and please help someone!!) when i go to the sharing options my local network connection (Ethernet cable) is sharing with a random wireless network called " Microsoft Virtual WiFi Miniport Adapter". Windows 7 keeps creating this and i can't figure out how to change it, so that it is sharing the internet with my dell wireless card.when i delete " Microsoft Virtual WiFi Miniport Adapter" the drop down list disappears from the sharing options and it still doesn't work!

Can someone help? I can create a wifi network fine, but when I connect with my ipod touch the internet won't work, which is weird because it shows up as a wifi and I know the password! I don't know if this matters, but I have a cricket usb modem, so.... what gives?

Hey Justin, thanks for the vids. I have vista so connectify doesn't work. I tried every step in your previous vid and it didn't work. As per a different video I created a network bridge between the local area connection (cable internet) and my wireless. That didn't work either and now I can't even delete the bridge. Could you help out? are you by any chance in Toronto?

i have a problem. I do exactly what u do but when i want to allow other users to connect trought the local area connection I cant do that because the box can't be marked. I'm using broadband internet wich is connected to pc via usb. I have wireless usb adapter.

And when i bridge my connection, my iphone can find and connect to network but internet doesn't work :(
