Thank you Dr. Demarini for sharing your wisdom. I think this is one of your personal highest values in life.
Mine I think is helping others and I also realize that I have to start from myself. Help myself and others.
I realized that one of my challenges is cleaning after my self and cleaning after others is no problem. I even enjoy that.
