I like CDADIC, but what is this obsession every one has with it? first of all, it's the past, so let it go. you can't hang on one album forever. secondly, it's their worst record. the other ones have such better singing, more poetic lyrics, and just overall better songwriting. but that's just how I feel. I GUESS other people can disagree. uggh.
@pillarsofserpents people tends to prefer it because of the nostalgia factor. it's hard to describe... my favorite is Tales Don't Tell Themselves because it was my first FFAF album but their best is probably Hours or Casually
@Mariooo57 - I understand the idea of nostalgia. I love the first Finch and TBS records. but with some bands, they get better as they age. and it takes a true fan to admit to that. personally, I think Tales is their best record. maybe it isn't as dynamic as Hours, but I think it has the best songwriting they've ever done.
@Alex660 cause people who pledge were part of a project (PLEDGE), helped the band, and were part of a special interaction between the band and fans so it's obvious that they deserve to get a bonus.
@JCarlosFFAF I was part of the project, i spent like 40 quid but it wasn't particularly clear that was the case when i was pledging. The only problem i had with pledging was i pledged for the studio playback which never happened and i didn't even get a full refund which sort of sucked. Never the less, i do think that at some point it should be released publicly.
@icecutter2010 if you read properly, it does say that they play casually in it's entirety, followed by an encore of other great classics.
i was at the cardiff gig the night before. 22.07.10. and it was about as epic as a gig can get! check out some of the live footage, some was on camera phones, but you can work out what songs they sang. they did roses for the dead, history, streetcar etc. plenty to keep you smilin dude :-)

Their best album, live in its entirety? On one hand, awesome. On the other hand, that also basically describes Spilling Blood in 8mm.
