Just finished a concert with Kenny G live in Singapore. Thought the concert was real bad and the band sucked. Met KG in person during the signing event, and he refused to sign my concert ticket! Can you believe that? He was rude, arrogant and had no respect. Now I understand why KG gets bullied often, especially by Pat Metheny.

Smooth jazz is almost dead. There are less than a handful of radio stations that still play smooth jazz. Even iconic WNUA 95.5 Chicago removed their smooth jazz format after 25 years. So sad.

I used to listen to this song on my fathers WNUA cd that was produced annually. This song was on the 1994 WNUA cd. I was in the 6th grade. I would listen to this after school while playing Wolfenstein 3d, Doom, Blake Stone and Wacky Wheels on his computer.

I fear smooth jazz will be gone soon.

Where I live, small area that it may be, we do have a non-profit smooth jazz station and he works tirelessly providing a wide array of eclectic jazz material 24 hours a day. The best part? No commercials! He's a gem and said he has over 2500 in his collection and keeps adding. He provides the smooth jazz station because he loves it. It has been up and running for the last 3 years. Btw, I am 5 hours south of Chicago.

I remember this Music Video on VH1 when it was airing Smooth Jazz and soft music. This was when VH1 was the home of Smooth Jazz and soft music. and MTV was doing Rap, Rock and Metal at this time whn it came out.
