This was a setup, and shameful. Annie was clearly the better player. Also, Joan quit. Not just feigning like a number of previous players had done and got instantly fired because Donald couldn't respect it. Not in Joan's case, she really quit, walked out, said she would not be back. And Don says, "you're hired"?! What?! Maybe if they didn't have so many mutual friends and if Don's sister-in-law wasn't on the board of Joan's charity, Annie would have gotten the title that she so deserved.
