What is scarry is I take pain killers, because I have fused, and just had to refuse my neck and so have delt with horrible cronic pain issues over the past 4 years.. But people get arrested and thrown into jail, for taking prescription drugs, that the doctor prescribes, honestly whatever helps you deal with horrible pain should be given to people, and the drug laws and protections shoudl reflect that, whatever it is pot to whatever..
I would vote for Ron if he ends all socail programs, legalises all drugs and gets the fricken goverment out of my pocket and out of my bedroom. Face it folks the more congress is in session the more it costs us all. It should be a fricken part time job. Return the power back to the states
If you vote for Ron Paul solely because you want drugs to be legalized, you will find yourself with no access to education (he wants to make all levels of education private), no legal abortions (he is pro-life), no jobs (large corporations will go bankrupt resulting in large job losses), and a huge increase in crime due to an unprecedented rise in poverty (he wants to end all government programs to help the poor). But pot will be legal so it's all good.
My Grandad smokd pot and it made him look 20 years younger and made his heart beat 30 times faster and made his cateracts disapear and made his lungsbreathe in 120 times per minute.

this just goes to show you how low drug addicts will go to legalize pot. they are all in serious trouble. when you are smoking dope my friend - the only dope who is being smoked is YOU
ok well lets just get rid of cigarettes then also they kill 100000 of people where pot does not. then lets get rid of caffeine because its addictive and can kill you where as pot cannot. oh and aspirin becaues .....you guessed it IT KILLS YOU AND POT CANNOT. and how about oxygen everyone using that will get taxed because they are addicts that cant quit to much oxygen could kill you so lets ban it because its so addictive 100% of the population uses it call the DEA
I guess you should talk to my ex-girlfriend about Pot.
It has destroyed her life and she still clings to it above ALL things in life. Really sad case. anyway, she will dead from cancer soon, but she smoked pot everyday for 20 years. I tried to get her to quit as she developed lung cancer.
One thing is for certain, society will always argue the merits of certain habits, lifestyles, and substances.
I doubt your story I'm sure she smoked Cigarettes as well and then again some people are just prone to lung cancer ones that don't even smoke so if one in 2 million people that smoke pot get lung cancer I'd rather take my chances with Pot
FYI if she smoked weed in the 80's to early 90's they sprayed very toxic chemicals on the weed that caused numerous deaths to people the government has since stopped using such caustic chemicals...
You can doubt all you want. Also, it was always very tough relationship-wise as when she'd run out of Pot. She'd rather smoke than eat. She was an addict, and she's going to die from this product, regardless if you think otherwise. Her life and her mind are very important to me.
I'll take it you have an excuse for her Bad Behavior in order to satisfy her addiction as well?? When you live with someone for 15 years you get to see the changes in people.
if you get stoned you eat like a mother fucker, unless her weed was laced with meth. I've seen that happen before tell her to switch dealers shes getting laced shit probably where the cancer came from I got few old friends I dont hang around any more fucked with meth and they got old real fast they look like they are 45 and there only in there 20'S she having problems sleeping also?

Yep, the music I like has a direct reflection on what opinions I have about drugs. Shut up cocksucker. RUSH got clean way before any other bands did of that time. And I don't worship any bands. My profile says "Music: RUSH-'nuff said" Yeah, I undoubtedly have a shrine that worships them. They are very intelligent people, especially their drummer who is an author and a very smart man and is inspiriing, his past drug use is shameful just like anyones, but he let go of that 25 years ago.
Aside all that, why in the hell would you reply to something a month ago just to get me going and hopefully start an argument? You are pathetic. Go to hell you stupid bastard.
Having seen this in its entirely, I can safely say that no one implied "we should be able to do whatever the hell we want and no one can say or do shit about it". You're just talking out of both sides of your mouth. Or in other words, you're just wrong.
This guy needs to come out of the closet. He's just mad about Senator Craig getting caught in the bathroom. Don't worry. Log Cabin Republicans are welcome in the Ron Paul campaign.
Pots masks effects. I asked my eye doctor about it with glaucoma. He told me he had a patient that was using it and when he measured the pressure in her eyes it was dangerous and she required immediate treatment. She had no idea because she was smoking pot.
If it was legal, she could openly discuss that with her doctor. With it being illegal, she could be turned in by her doctor. Now that doesn't sound very American.
I think Kuccinich also favors, at least, decriminalization of Marijuana. Btw, did you hear about the retroactive reduction in sentences for people convicted of offenses involving crack? I was amazed.
Ron Paul wants to treat Drug Abuse like Alcohol Abuse. Why do you need to put a crack head in with a bunch of killers? Same with marijuana. Anyhow, the reason that crack is so expensive is because of the War on Drugs. If (like in Holland), authorities were allowed to distribute crack (like they do with OxyCotton), it would bring down the price and we would have less people trying to kill for it.
Crack isn't expensive. That's the point. It's a drug used predominantly by poor black people, yet for twenty years mandatory sentencing has been more severe than for much larger quantities of powder cocaine. Of course the war on drugs is bullshit. But it has been politically expedient and it furthered other agendas. Poverty and the incipient desperation cause drug abuse.
Get a clue.. the Dutch have reigned in our the Marijuana Experiment. It has failed Netherlands. The have begun to clean up the Red Light district too. Now the drug addicts will have to go back into their closets to dope up and kill themselves. lol.
not that he'll do what he says anyway (go look up his voting record on the matter & find out if he's done much in that direction), but what a lie about being the only one! you're idiot or lier.
ok pundit, ive been subscribed to your videos for a while now and enjoy them. but i dont think we need another republican this time around. It's not just as simple as for a guy to be elected president and declare that marijuana is legal, congress has to agree with it. anyways, Dennis Kucinich all the way!
Uhm...no. Actually, there aren't any painkillers on the market, or on the planet that are as effective as marijuana in treating nausea and pain, and are as non-toxic. Marijuana is strikingly non-toxic. No one ever, in the entire history of mankind has ever died from a marijuana overdose. Period.
I was refering to crack cocaine, But while POT is one of the safer drugs it does lead to other drug use such as cocaine. Cocaine is even listed in CPR books to cause heart attacks.

You don't need to smoke pot to stay alive dude....I'm sure whoever prescribed that for you...IF that really was prescribed that it is obviously a huge mistake. Nobody should be taking that stuff anyway...I don't care if you are in a wheelchair...my mom is in a wheelchair...and if she was taking that stuff that would be her own fault. I'm sorry, but Mitt is right man.
Pot is prescribed because all other types of pain relief didn't work. pot works in a different way to other pain relief drugs so works when others don't
I hope your mother, if she needs pain relief, listens to a qualified doctor not someone who has no idea what they are talking about.
The most insane part of all this is THC works and is harmless with no side effects, (don't smoke it, make hash cakes); also other pain relief drugs are based on heroin, e.g. morphine, duh!
It's easy to make Mitt Romney seem like a bad guy. Lie, slander, exaggerate, fabricate. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to commit a political lynching; just lazy corrupt desperation.
Trust me I'm not desperate :) I just think a man who belongs to a religion which systematically was racist against all non-whites until 1968, as well as doesn't have the balls to look a man in the eyes as he tells him he will deny him his medicine has no right to be in the republican party. Long live liberty and personal freedom.
It was actually '78—not '68. Anyway, if Mitt's church was truly racist, why would they have allowed blacks to even join, prior to '78? In the history of the church, blacks were never denied membership (even before the abolition of slavery) but they were not ordained to the priesthood until '78. With thousands of black members prior to '78, in spite of this priesthood issue, why do you suppose they would even want to join? If they had no problem with it, why should anyone else?
Shall I tell you the law of God in regard to the African race? If the white man who belongs to the chosen seed mixes his blood with the seed of Cain, the penalty under the law of God, is death on the spot. This will always be so,
disprove that this did not come from Brigham Young:) please. Mormons are a group of Racists
If one could use dangerous drugs and not have me pay for it,(prisons, police, med-care, rehab, babies) I would be fine with legalizing
Paul is consistent by not having gov programs to pay for social ills, and has a good theory. Mexico has legal drugs but does not subsidize crack-heads and they have little abuse.
Since society now pays the price, we should currently keep dangerous drugs illegal.
Cannabis is *not* a dangerous drug. Your taxes pay to keep hundreds of thousands of non-violent people behind bars, who's only crime is to enjoy themselves in their own homes, without hurting anyone else. If cannabis was legalised, you wouldn't have to pay for extra prisons, police and prison guards. Legalising cannabis would take a huge chunk of income away from organised crime.
Like I say, I am fine with legalizing all drugs as long as I am not the one that has to pay for their med care, rehab, prisons and crack babies. People that are addicted will do anything to anyone for a quick fix.
Legalizing drugs in a society that gives free health care and welfair is not smart!
You know crack and cannabis is not the same thing, right? I like how you equated rather erroneously, cannabis and rehab and prisons. Don't you see, though?!, You're paying for them to be in prison now!
And what the hell does legalizing drugs have to do with free health care (which we don't have thankfully) and welFARE?
"...free health care (which we don't have thankfully)"
Oh, but we do have free health care! I used to work with a guy who had six kids; the birth of every one of which was paid for by the state! My sister (an RN) tells me this is even easier to do if you're in the country illegally! Apparently, if you're invisible to the system, you ride for free. No money = free healthcare (which you and I pay for.)
Medical bills would be lower, because cannabis can be used to treat a wide range of illnesses and symptoms, rather than having to use many different expensive and dangerous drugs. Drugs should not be a legal issue at all. People who use drugs are sick, at best, but they should not be treated as criminals.
They should make their own choices as long as they have the ability to pay for their own rehab, jail time, pay extra taxes for extra police officers and their disabled childrens medical bills.
I also want "the choice" NOT to pay for pot-heads. You can talk about legalizing drugs after we get rid of welfair programs benifiting abusers.
Romney should have visited the State of Maine, where it has been decriminalized and is legal for legitimate medical use and growing. The following states support medical marijuana for patients that need it: Alaska | California | Colorado | Hawaii | Maine | Maryland | Montana | Nevada | New Mexico | Oregon | Rhode Island | Vermont | Washington
Everyone breaks the law when they smoke it. It's illegal under Federal law. The only question is whether they will send agents to arrest you or not. Pretty important question.
The federal government doesn't have the right to criminalize it. We voted overwhelmingly for medicinal marijuana in California, and the federal government is still hassling pot clinics and cancer patients. Vote Ron Paul to uphold our Constitution!
Under the Constitution, health, welfare and morals are left up to the states. Drugs are under health and morals. Therefore, the federal government has not authority to write laws about drug use.
A list of thousands of Ron Paul supporters in order to send weekly donations of $25 or more at the exact same time. We'll create a stir and show the country our grassroots power. To join, send an e-mail to:
Gee Romney, spoken like a true Pharmaceutical Lobbyist. You just earned your paycheck. Now spray the poor guy with Exxon oil and then have the Big Insurance companies decline his illness. Just business as usual for a Republican.
......Prozac, Ritalin, Paxil, Xanax, Tylenol, Benadryl, and just about EVERYTHING in your medicine is a mind altering drug. You fail at life. Kill youself.
Because Richard Nixon, a heck of a nice guy, received millions of dollars from Tobacco and Alcohol lobbyists whose number one competitor was a plant that used to grow on the side of roads. Back then, there were no real effective ways to study the physiological effects weed has on a human, even if they cared, there's more money (billions annually) in keeping Pot illegal and keeping cigarettes legal (something that is 6700 times more deadly than weed).
Not to mention, it's a known fact Nixon was racist as hell and since minorities smoked weed more than white people (proportionately), what better way to get rid of them? So even though some white people would go to jail for it, Black people went to jail in hordes. Thanks to Nixon, the law used to say if you pass a joint to someone, that's "trafficking" which was and still is a 10-20 year sentence for passing a joint.
The real question is why the hell are we still following policies of the second most crooked president in history? Because Republicans PIZZ0WN this country and all our lives, they fix the elections they want to win, almost performed a coup when their buddy Bush Sr didn't win in 92, then decided that assassinating Clinton's character would go over better with the public. NEVER TRUST A REPUBLICAN! (p.s. f*&# the democrats too, they're totally useless)
Mitt Romney is the bitch.

1.A day without pot wont kill you. You can live without it.
2. The ID thing doesn't work, kids will still get weed from parents and older freinds, like tobacco and alcohol.
3. I think it's a waste of money. Idk how much it cost. I don't buy it.
4. Here's another way to stop the drug war, stop buying it.
5. The only way I well support weed is when people stop smoking it just to get high.Fat chance right?
6.Just because somthing is not as bad something does not make it good.
Dont hate on me.

WWJDCTR 4 years ago
If it was legal, she could openly discuss that with her doctor. With it being illegal, she could be turned in by her doctor. Now that doesn't sound very American.
RePaulican 4 years ago
I think Kuccinich also favors, at least, decriminalization of Marijuana. Btw, did you hear about the retroactive reduction in sentences for people convicted of offenses involving crack? I was amazed.
DemianThomas 4 years ago
Ron Paul wants to treat Drug Abuse like Alcohol Abuse. Why do you need to put a crack head in with a bunch of killers? Same with marijuana. Anyhow, the reason that crack is so expensive is because of the War on Drugs. If (like in Holland), authorities were allowed to distribute crack (like they do with OxyCotton), it would bring down the price and we would have less people trying to kill for it.
RePaulican 4 years ago
Crack isn't expensive. That's the point. It's a drug used predominantly by poor black people, yet for twenty years mandatory sentencing has been more severe than for much larger quantities of powder cocaine. Of course the war on drugs is bullshit. But it has been politically expedient and it furthered other agendas. Poverty and the incipient desperation cause drug abuse.
DemianThomas 4 years ago
That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard.
Bring down the price of a street drug that is addictive, can kill you and make you crazy so that they don't kill someone to get it!....
WWJDCTR 4 years ago
Get a clue.. the Dutch have reigned in our the Marijuana Experiment. It has failed Netherlands. The have begun to clean up the Red Light district too. Now the drug addicts will have to go back into their closets to dope up and kill themselves. lol.
BraveNoble 4 years ago
not that he'll do what he says anyway (go look up his voting record on the matter & find out if he's done much in that direction), but what a lie about being the only one! you're idiot or lier.

ok pundit, ive been subscribed to your videos for a while now and enjoy them. but i dont think we need another republican this time around. It's not just as simple as for a guy to be elected president and declare that marijuana is legal, congress has to agree with it. anyways, Dennis Kucinich all the way!

You must be on crack too andruvan! Keep on smoking that stuff man, you're gonna die too.
JoeyPittSteelers 4 years ago
The medical marijuana is not meant to keep the dude alive, just for the pain. bitch.
andruvan 4 years ago 3
There are legal drugs you can take for pain, that are safer, Jerk!
WWJDCTR 4 years ago
Uhm...no. Actually, there aren't any painkillers on the market, or on the planet that are as effective as marijuana in treating nausea and pain, and are as non-toxic. Marijuana is strikingly non-toxic. No one ever, in the entire history of mankind has ever died from a marijuana overdose. Period.
BudgetMessiah 4 years ago
I was refering to crack cocaine, But while POT is one of the safer drugs it does lead to other drug use such as cocaine. Cocaine is even listed in CPR books to cause heart attacks.

You don't need to smoke pot to stay alive dude....I'm sure whoever prescribed that for you...IF that really was prescribed that it is obviously a huge mistake. Nobody should be taking that stuff anyway...I don't care if you are in a wheelchair...my mom is in a wheelchair...and if she was taking that stuff that would be her own fault. I'm sorry, but Mitt is right man.
JoeyPittSteelers 4 years ago
Pot is prescribed because all other types of pain relief didn't work. pot works in a different way to other pain relief drugs so works when others don't
I hope your mother, if she needs pain relief, listens to a qualified doctor not someone who has no idea what they are talking about.
The most insane part of all this is THC works and is harmless with no side effects, (don't smoke it, make hash cakes); also other pain relief drugs are based on heroin, e.g. morphine, duh!

It's easy to make Mitt Romney seem like a bad guy. Lie, slander, exaggerate, fabricate. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to commit a political lynching; just lazy corrupt desperation.
rite4lyf 4 years ago
Trust me I'm not desperate :) I just think a man who belongs to a religion which systematically was racist against all non-whites until 1968, as well as doesn't have the balls to look a man in the eyes as he tells him he will deny him his medicine has no right to be in the republican party. Long live liberty and personal freedom.
PotheadPundit 4 years ago
It was actually '78—not '68. Anyway, if Mitt's church was truly racist, why would they have allowed blacks to even join, prior to '78? In the history of the church, blacks were never denied membership (even before the abolition of slavery) but they were not ordained to the priesthood until '78. With thousands of black members prior to '78, in spite of this priesthood issue, why do you suppose they would even want to join? If they had no problem with it, why should anyone else?

intermarriage? Brigham Young said,
Shall I tell you the law of God in regard to the African race?

Mitt08 is the better choice!
Bsmack24 4 years ago
Cannabis is *not* a dangerous drug. Your taxes pay to keep hundreds of thousands of non-violent people behind bars, who's only crime is to enjoy themselves in their own homes, without hurting anyone else. If cannabis was legalised, you wouldn't have to pay for extra prisons, police and prison guards. Legalising cannabis would take a huge chunk of income away from organised crime.
mrbloggs81 4 years ago
Like I say, I am fine with legalizing all drugs as long as I am not the one that has to pay for their med care, rehab, prisons and crack babies. People that are addicted will do anything to anyone for a quick fix.
Legalizing drugs in a society that gives free health care and welfair is not smart!
Bsmack24 4 years ago
You know crack and cannabis is not the same thing, right? I like how you equated rather erroneously, cannabis and rehab and prisons. Don't you see, though?!, You're paying for them to be in prison now!
And what the hell does legalizing drugs have to do with free health care (which we don't have thankfully) and welFARE?
AirplaneRadio 4 years ago 2
"...free health care (which we don't have thankfully)"
Oh, but we do have free health care! I used to work with a guy who had six kids; the birth of every one of which was paid for by the state! My sister (an RN) tells me this is even easier to do if you're in the country illegally! Apparently, if you're invisible to the system, you ride for free. No money = free healthcare (which you and I pay for.)
jjl1800 4 years ago
why is free health care such a problem? england, australia and canada all have free health care. I'm a nurse and I see no problem with it.
mrbloggs81 4 years ago 2
Medical bills would be lower, because cannabis can be used to treat a wide range of illnesses and symptoms, rather than having to use many different expensive and dangerous drugs. Drugs should not be a legal issue at all. People who use drugs are sick, at best, but they should not be treated as criminals.
mrbloggs81 4 years ago

Pretty important question.
cyberben3d 4 years ago
The federal government doesn't have the right to criminalize it. We voted overwhelmingly for medicinal marijuana in California, and the federal government is still hassling pot clinics and cancer patients. Vote Ron Paul to uphold our Constitution!
antiwarmom 4 years ago
Under the Constitution, health, welfare and morals are left up to the states. Drugs are under health and morals. Therefore, the federal government has not authority to write laws about drug use.

he didnt have to say it... his silence proved alot of things
A) Medical Marijuana has no chance to progress under his presidency
B) By Default, he condones the disastrous war on drugs that costs billions of dollars and only resulted in an increase of drug users since the 60's
C) He chooses to ignore things called FACTS and SCIENCE and will go with his "gut feeling" when he is president...
remind you of any other disasterous presidents?

Gee Romney, spoken like a true Pharmaceutical Lobbyist. You just earned your paycheck. Now spray the poor guy with Exxon oil and then have the Big Insurance companies decline his illness. Just business as usual for a Republican.

jjones1987 4 years ago
uh, why should it ever have been criminalized?
annarboriter 4 years ago
Because Richard Nixon, a heck of a nice guy, received millions of dollars from Tobacco and Alcohol lobbyists whose number one competitor was a plant that used to grow on the side of roads. Back then, there were no real effective ways to study the physiological effects weed has on a human, even if they cared, there's more money (billions annually) in keeping Pot illegal and keeping cigarettes legal (something that is 6700 times more deadly than weed).
wknightm 4 years ago 2
Not to mention, it's a known fact Nixon was racist as hell and since minorities smoked weed more than white people (proportionately), what better way to get rid of them? So even though some white people would go to jail for it, Black people went to jail in hordes. Thanks to Nixon, the law used to say if you pass a joint to someone, that's "trafficking" which was and still is a 10-20 year sentence for passing a joint.
wknightm 4 years ago 2
The real question is why the hell are we still following policies of the second most crooked president in history? Because Republicans PIZZ0WN this country and all our lives, they fix the elections they want to win, almost performed a coup when their buddy Bush Sr didn't win in 92, then decided that assassinating Clinton's character would go over better with the public. NEVER TRUST A REPUBLICAN! (p.s. f*&# the democrats too, they're totally useless)
