Also, why does that woman have to apologize for having an abortion? Ultimately, it was her decision and her body and she came to what she considered the best choice for herself. There shouldn't be any judgement or anything.

@ftahi49 Don't quote me on this, but I think that the spiders represent their guilt or inner turmoil. The woman isn't apologizing because of what someone else thinks or anything, she's apologizing because she feels guilty for having the abortion.

The weird, techno background music freaked me out more than any other stereotypical horror music. Hmm, I wonder why they call boogiepop an angel of death in the english dub? In the english sub, they simply called it death.
