I understand the charm of Lucas with Noud. I do. But it IS a soap. That seems too safe. They even allowed Martijn and Barbara to break up! I think the fallout with his sister or mom would bring more drama. Equals more ratings. And the agony of Lucas/Noud supporters would keep them watching. If you're on the Dexas train, you would probably tune out if it headed the other way. And soaps, above all else, are written for the people that will watch. Hate em or love em, people would still follow Dexas
Lucas and Dex together wouldn't make much sense at this point, but it's soap and logic is not always applied; Lucas with Jack or Noud would be a much hotter couple.. ;-)
I like Lucas and Noud. I just don't think Lucas and Dex would make much sense now at this point either because of everything that has happened to him, and I don't think Jack would make any sense at all. He seems completely straight, but the main reason I can't see Lucas every getting with Dex and Jack is because of his mom and sister. They're the people that matter most to Lucas and I can't ever see him doing that to either of them. He's really protective and that would be way too low for him.
Beware the hair! It'll get you many thumbs-down. I am of the same opinion- Dex has looked better when there is some attempt at controlling the thatch, but the masses of women who watch this series like the bird's nest look. hairspray, anyone? Hairnet?
I'm all for Lucas and Jack- Jackass anyone????

I'm sad nothing can happen between dex and lucas, I agree: at this point it has no sense.. I think they will be friends, but it is not the same :(
