It's most certainly not fake, it was made by a Japanese millionaire back in the mid 90's who wanted to show off his Ferrari F40, he even sold copies of the full video and lo & behold the police saw the vid as evidence of breaking the law and he was fined (heavily) and was ordered to stop selling the videos. Being an exotic car fan, especially Ferraris, I loved this vid lol and am amazed at how stable the car is at those speeds!
