If you want absolute democracy, then you need to do democracy as in ancient greece: pul all (60 million) brits into 1 big hall at the same time to then work together politically and vote and have each one have a say.... not gonna happen
You need representative democracy, most UK people (alas, most common people in the world) do not fully understand legal treaties, thus they must rely on experts that they have elected

So perhaps Mr. Farage should first change the political system of Britain -- to a direct democracy. But alas, he's a royalist himself! What a joke.
