Curious to understand if Steve is really talking about youth ministry. It's critical not be deceptive for this is not the work of God. He does seem to be speaking about passion and being diligent. Perhaps consider training your video title so that God is completely glorified.

This clip was not about youth ministry. This is about being passionate about what you love. Certainly you could apply this concept Jobs it talking about to youth ministry, but your title is very misleading.
