Just think if one of those things was in the middle of the town you lived in and if it had the cup up to its face appearing to be drinking, you might think it was a child and go up to it, especially if their were no adults around.
You may as the child if she is lost, you put your hand on her shoulder and say, do you know where your mommy is little girl, she puts her drink down and smiles that little fake child smile at you, creepy.
I personally think circus music alone isn't creepy at all...Hollywood has just put together soooo many scary movies with that circus music in the background that I think most of us associate it with bad things about to happen LOL!
