@marccelo -Marcelo, you've got him all wrong. He's not classifying BJJ as Israeli Jiu-Jitsu. He's not even doing BJJ -- he studied Judo under Gadi Skornik, who trained at the Kodokan.
Itay was teaching Judo newaza and Sambo at a time in Israel when people didn't know about ground fighting. As you know, Judo is the foundation of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Today he has a Brazilian BB from Alliance training there.
