If Brazil is number one in production in several crops, imagine with a better infrastructure....definitely Brazil will be the bradbasket of the planet. And research in biotechnology in the country is the most advanced. No rivals.

soybeans, cot, beens, coffee, beef, chicken, orange juice, tabaco all Brazil is number one.

and the country is number two and three in several others...

the US dominate in crops that tropical or sub-tropical fields don't bear fruit.

I guess is the superiority complex like I heard at the ben franklin institute: "the biggest wetlands (nope, is not...is pantanal in mato grosso do sul); the biggest water falls (take a look in foz do iguacu. It make niagara look like a walk in the park); and the inventor of the airplane is a brazilian: Santos Dumont. Before you laugh, go to a european museum or ask any middle east, asian or african people who invented the airplane. I get this all the time.
