Well as you all probably know, Richard Hunt, Scooter's original performer, died two years after Henson. Most of his characters were retired after that. However they have a guy who can do Scooter now, but not all the time. So he's used sparingly.
of course i know that. i'm in his fanclub, lol, i'm just sad that my favourite muppet [and favourite muppeteer] isn't there. and it's his friend David Rudman [uh, spelling] who's now playing Scooter i believe... great, now i miss Richard T_T
"For those of you seated really close,I'm the Great Gonzo. And for those of you way up in the balcony,I'm Antonio Banderas!" LoL! Whoever says Muppets are just for kids is a shallow grump with no sense of humor!
am I correct they used old clips with live action? so we can here old and new voices? And I believe Steve Whitmer has done the best job of anyone in taking over a voice!
Nathan, I have a problem. What would you answer if someone said that the Muppets are for "Little" Children? I DON'T agree with them, but I would like to see how you would answer.
That's just ridiculous. The Muppets are not just for children. They have a wide range of entertainment. Look at movies like Labyrinth and Dark Crystal. They are family films, but not targeted towards little kids. But shows like Sesame Street, Animal Jam, and Bear in the Big Blue House are. Anyone who says that it's for little kids haven't actually sat through more than three episodes of The Muppet Show.
...who is Jim Henson?! What do you mean? You don't know who Jim Henson is, or you want to know who plays Kermit in this? Steve Whitmire plays him now.
Hey, Disney Execs, are you watching this? WE NEED THIS ON THE TELLY!

@ejeff123 Bill Barretta performs Pepe. He is a great performer! He has also taken on the roles of Rowlf, Dr. Teeth, and Mahna Mahna.

Is this after Frank Oz left or before? Because Piggy sounds a lot like Oz.
DrWebflaxFLOO 4 years ago
DrWebflax, this is after Oz left, and Eric Jacobson is performing Piggy. i think. Jacobson was chosen because of his extremely similar vocal range

I agree with you. Steve Whitmire is amazing. And yes, they used some clips from The Muppet Show.

I know XD they had Alice Cooper on there he was like evil to some people back in the day so who would let their LITTLE kids watch it lol

Whitmire is incredible, but you can tell the difference; Mr.Henson's voice was a bit deeper. Other than that, Whitmire is amazing.
