In this video it shows Schumacher slow down for yellow flags (at 2:40) but the Ferrari in front zooms ahead! That ferrari should get a friggin penalty!!

@VinceMcJericho Schumacher was told over the radio that the safety car was coming out and backed off to save fuel and tyres. It's of no use to go faster than crawling because you'll end up in a queue anyway. You'll have to adjust your speed, there is a max to return to the pits with and it's circuitbound as far as I know. Alonso apparently wasn't over the limit.

@goldendude1994 no he wasnt - it was the first year of the safety car line rule! Racing is allowed after the line. The FIA didnt make it clear that the race was going to finish under the safety car (ie. disregarding the new safety car line rule) so Schumacher was told by the team to overtake after the line because they thought it meant you could race into the last corner of the grand prix.
