you have a lot of forward and back swing going on, which is fine, but you will get more work out of each swing if you go "up and down" with it without the outward swing, you'll be using less momentum and actually moving all the weight throughout the movement rather than at either end
@HOLYHECKITSPAUL - Well "Paul", I don't know if you took the time to read the comments below, but I was doing this as a speed test of sorts. The KB Snatch is a ballistic lift which uses momentum - you guide it with your arms - the legs and hips create the force. Please feel free to post a video of yourself showing me your version of the perfect Snatch. I look forward to seeing it and being enlightened by your technique and extensive knowledge of physics and your insights into power production.
A request for advice from seasoned Kettlebell lifters: how can I start working out with kettlebells, preferably using DVD's or instructional guides as opposed to an instructor, which I cannot currently afford? Thx for serious responses.
Great form I thought.

@firefire999 sarcasm aside looks real good to me. I just got my 24kg yesterday and can hardly press it let alone snatch.

Appreciate it. Posted this more as a demo of how to snatch fast, rather than the exact way I snatch most of the time.
