So? The song 'Alive' runs to a shorter timespan. The addition of the prelude 'extends' that time, therefore it is fair to call this the extended version.
If you played the same song twice in a row, is that an extended version of the song?
It's not a longer version of one song. It's two songs. Two related songs, certainly, but neither one has had so much as a note added to them. Therefore not extended. It's just that straightforward.
Monstro is not even slightly similar to one of Jim's tone poems. And that's before you take into account that Wasted Youth is a retread of Love & Death; like so much of Bat II, it was written for a separate album. Clearly not specifically written to precede Everything Louder, and even if it was, it doesn't extend that song, it precedes it.
I see you don't understand, so I'll leave it be. I'll just point you to the link on the right to th same thing, correctly labelled "Monstro & Alive".
This is not an "extended" version of 'Alive'. It is the song before - 'Monstero' and 'Alive' together. It is an easy mistake to make, I did the first time i heard them but then looked on the back of the album and realized.
Still an awesome song - even with 'Monstero' as well. Not sure about the video though...

It's not two sings. Monstro is no more of an individual song than Wated Youth or Hot Summer Night. They are introductions.
Mozart's requiem is traditionally played without the Introitus, and as such the complete version becomes the extended.
An introductory piece does not constitute a separate song, whether it gets its own track on the album or not.

'Monstro' was spacificly written to be a prelude to 'Alive'

That doesn't make this video an extended anything. It's still exactly what is there on the album.
