I totally agree with what your saying. Stress does have a huge toll on acne, I notice that every summer my acne goes away and when school starts up again, I break out like crazy! Also, I noticed with acne that you also need to keep your skin hydrated with face moisturizers. That helps. :D

Yeah I have had acne for twelve years and Im positive stress has a huge part to do with it. Stress definitely contributes to hormonal imbalances
