People buy programs when they don't want to think for themselves. You're a scammer. You promise great results with revolutionary ideas of training (that aren't even new) and then you sell them to make money. Oh, I googled you and you have nothing but self acclaimed titles from what I saw. Nice try.

  • Fellas...All training programs arise, to some degree, or even wholly, from science of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, & such...N.S.C.A textbooks...National Strength & Conditioning Association.

  • i started to work on certain training programs for basketball and mma dating from last year.

    Basically used the same principles used in this video. It's very applicable if you have knowledge of the sport and the body.

  • anyone interested in this just go to a gym. Any gym you can where you can get training by someone who can correct you on your techniques and what not. "Gain faster results while training less than you ever have before" Thats a total lie. You dont get short cuts in this field. Its like like a math exam where you can go to the back of the text book. Theres a reason why the pros train for atleast 5+ hours a day.
