I have a question do you use the scheduled uploader? If you do then something is very wrong here, because you can usually see scheduled one to manual uploads.

I think all of them get put out and seen but if you dont watch them right away they get backed up on the list and I,ve actually noticed they eventually disapear from the list. It also could be that they arent getting published
Oh, and also I usually just watch youtube while playing (dual monitors), but I can't do that atm as I am home for christmas and just brought my laptop :P

I think you should go back to your old job because its not a very good idea to make money off of youtube.1.Its really hard to keep up 2. as you said it gets frustrating. 3.With so many other people to compete with its a HUGE gamble. 4.If S.978 passes you pretty much screwed. Nobody should ever do this as a job, It's stupid to put all your time into such an unreliable job. Its the exact same thing for all YouTubers, Pualsoares still only get a percentage of his subs watching his vids. People just generally loose interest over time and don't have time to watch videos.

Luclin, it's YouTube. We don't get all your videos e-mailed to us. I like looking at videos of mods, but YouTube doesn't send your videos of mod reviews to my inbox!
I think everyone here would agree that the culprit is the congested subscription feed in the home page. Back then it was easy to find the latest videos you uploaded in the homepage because all subscriptions have their respective row that shows 1-5 videos in chronological order. Now the home page is just full of spam vids from channels that uploads 10 vids per hour and it takes time and effort to look through the long column of vids until i find a vid that i want to watch.
I'm a brand new subscriber thanks to Paul, who's videos I've been watching for a couple months now. I just watched the whole series of redstone in a minute and learned a little bit, but I think it started out over my head (Since I'm a Paul follower, my redstone knowledge is low ;) ). Just keep doing what you're doing and have fun. I think people like videos that are of people enjoying themselves. I subscribed to get emails when you upload, so I will be adding to your views I hope!
personally i think youtube is trying to make the new layout in favor for the viewer and not for the people running the channel. The sub boxes clearly show this. But in reality they are making it mess and screwing it up for everyone who is on youtube and they are not doing anything about it...

But it's because we have no idea, truthfully I think it's because of how many videos you put out. i'm just getting way too many videos to watch in my short weekends... :/ i only end up watching about 1/5 of your vids, your good but there are so many other good people out there. There are a few channels that I'm subscribed to that have like 100,000 subscribers that get about 100,000+ views on every one of their videos just because they don't make TONS like you do so when they come out, people get excited.

I have to agree, your a cool kid you got nice videos but, i mean uploading too much will be hard for all your viewers. Controlling the amount of videos is a must. And do more videos people really want. Make sure to listen to viewers, and do what you want of course, but also try to get new people. More popular gaming videos, and control the amount of videos you post. Too much is inconvient, but I do feel your a really good commentator so no hard feelings at all of course! Luclin, you make great videos, but if you just think about your viewers. We're not only subscribed to your channel. some of us got 30-40 channels. We love them all, everyone uploads videos, but we don't nearly have as much time as we want.
Since you upload videos oh so very often compared to other youtubers, it is very difficult to keep up to date. Plus the negative effects with the new youtube layout. We can't delete from our homepage the videos we've already watched. It becomes a mess fast

I blame the sub boxes. I can't see anything in this minefield. It's an absolute nightmare. I <3 the Mrs Luclin Plays series. She is so willing to get out there and try something new, and she's so funny. And I think the original stuff (Minecraft Insurance, parody music videos, just crazy random videos) add great spice to a great channel. I'd love to see some of the crazy and original stuff mixed in with your regular series.

It does appear that YT is having some issue in general at the moment. Pretty sure I'm missing vids from some of my subs because they haven't turned up in my sub box.
I do see some but the publishing problem which makes videos not be put out right away does make me miss some videos but i do go back and try find them... i think its a combination of the new youtube system and the publishing problem...
i'd like it if you helped get some of the more sublte mods into notch's attention, (have you seen that tent and rope climbing mod! its awesome) I want to see minecraft improve and since we have shifted a bit down the magic route I want to encourage the addition of more straight up survival items and also maybe some mechanical or redstone items, automated machines make me smile ^^ love your work luclin get notch's attention with ur awesomness
Just give it time luclin, you can't expect to get tons of views as fast as SeaNanners or anyone else because they are on tons of different channels and they work at Machinima. Just be you and dont ever change and things will work out i promise.

Your videos don't show up in my sub box! I have to dig through your channel just to see everything. You need to contact YouTube somehow and tell them about your situation, because this makes me terribly mad and I don't even know you in person!
Part of the problem is that if you sub to more that a few people, you sub box gets crammed and it's hard to look through the content. I watch you and Paul a lot, and I check your channels directly because between the crammed sub box and all the congestion of the home page with the "Because you watched" suggestions and ads, its just hard to sift through. One Idea, have a interactive adventure where viewers vote on what to do next throughout the video. That should get some comments going.
In my opinion, it is absolutely the fault of YouTube with their new format. What used to be a simple interface, where you could scan quickly and find your favorite director, it's now a broken stack of fat tiles that aren't easy to sift through or delete. I have tons of trouble quickly finding videos, especially yours. I have probably watched far less of your videos because I can't find them! I love what you do, your wife is hilarious and your son is great. It's YouTube's fault 100%.
Luclin...Once you upload a video you know how your views get frozen at 300 for a while...i think you should make it privet for like 2 hours so it can still process then make it public and then let the views come in! thumbs up so he can see this!
I'm getting less than 10% of views as I have subscribers, so I have no idea. I'm rather puzzled about the anomaly myself. People willing to leave comments are always vocal minorities, so relatively "few" comments compared to subscribers are to be expected.

But it's because we have no idea, truthfully I think it's because of how many videos you put out. i'm just getting way too many videos to watch in my short weekends... :/ i only end up watching about 1/5 of your vids, your good but there are so many other good people out there. There are a few channels that I'm subscribed to that have like 100,000 subscribers that get about 100,000+ views on every one of their videos just because they don't make TONS like you do so when they come out, people get excited.

I have to agree, your a cool kid you got nice videos but, i mean uploading too much will be hard for all your viewers. Controlling the amount of videos is a must. And do more videos people really want. Make sure to listen to viewers, and do what you want of course, but also try to get new people. More popular gaming videos, and control the amount of videos you post. Too much is inconvient, but I do feel your a really good commentator so no hard feelings at all of course! And enjoy your holidays!

Luclin, you make great videos, but if you just think about your viewers. We're not only subscribed to your channel. some of us got 30-40 channels. We love them all, everyone uploads videos, but we don't nearly have as much time as we want.
Since you upload videos oh so very often compared to other youtubers, it is very difficult to keep up to date. Plus the negative effects with the new youtube layout. We can't delete from our homepage the videos we've already watched. It becomes a mess fast

I subscribe to several prolific uploaders and I love watching all of them - and I love minecraftwb! but because of the many videos being uploaded on my subscribed channels I often don't see your videos in my sub box. I think that some of your subs don't even see you vids. Many just subscripted to a person after seeing 1 video and never return back for see more, me personally love your content, whatever if it is Mrs. luclin slaying some zombies or you doing you Redstone thing.... i just enjoy seeing it.... and to anybody else let him know that love him, his family and his content... :)

A two-man series with Paul would be great. I would like you guys to set an end goal to work towards. With either Terraria or Minecraft.

I blame the sub boxes. I can't see anything in this minefield. It's an absolute nightmare. I'm subbed to 90 people (including Seamus so it feels like more lol) and I just can't be bothered to go through and catch up on the series I'm missing out on. Here is how to switch to the old layout..
1 - Click on the arrow next to your username on the top right of your name.
2- Click "Video Manager"
3- Locate the "Switch to the old look" or something like that button
4 - Click the button/link
5 - Refresh your browser cache and clear your cookies*
*If you do not know how to do this, use Google or Youtube for help..

I <3 the Mrs Luclin Plays series. She is so willing to get out there and try something new, and she's so funny. And I think the original stuff (Minecraft Insurance, parody music videos, just crazy random videos) add great spice to a great channel. I'd love to see some of the crazy and original stuff mixed in with your regular series.

The new bill that is coming out will prevent you from making videos on youtube without permmision off the creators so if this happens, im sorry luclin but after that point it is over... :/ love your videos and I have subscribed, God bless.

i think ur absolutely right i have subbed your channel and i check everyday if any of the ppl iv subscribed put any minecraft video and i can tell i dun remember seeing any warning or any notification that u putted any video.it must be some fking problem with youtube...i checked ur channel and u had more than 30 new videos i had never seen and was like wtf when did he put all these vids and as i saw date i supposed that yeah it must be a problem or bug with youtube.rly glad u still make vids!

i'd like it if you helped get some of the more sublte mods into notch's attention, (have you seen that tent and rope climbing mod! its awesome) I want to see minecraft improve and since we have shifted a bit down the magic route I want to encourage the addition of more straight up survival items and also maybe some mechanical or redstone items, automated machines make me smile ^^ love your work luclin get notch's attention with ur awesomness

Just give it time luclin, you can't expect to get tons of views as fast as SeaNanners or anyone else because they are on tons of different channels and they work at Machinima. Just be you and dont ever change and things will work out i promise.

Part of the problem is that if you sub to more that a few people, you sub box gets crammed and it's hard to look through the content. I watch you and Paul a lot, and I check your channels directly because between the crammed sub box and all the congestion of the home page with the "Because you watched" suggestions and ads, its just hard to sift through. One Idea, have a interactive adventure where viewers vote on what to do next throughout the video. That should get some comments going.

In my opinion, it is absolutely the fault of YouTube with their new format. What used to be a simple interface, where you could scan quickly and find your favorite director, it's now a broken stack of fat tiles that aren't easy to sift through or delete. I have tons of trouble quickly finding videos, especially yours. I have probably watched far less of your videos because I can't find them! I love what you do, your wife is hilarious and your son is great. It's YouTube's fault 100%.

I'm getting less than 10% of views as I have subscribers, so I have no idea. I'm rather puzzled about the anomaly myself. People willing to leave comments are always vocal minorities, so relatively "few" comments compared to subscribers are to be expected.
I've slowed on viewing your vids. I've been more busy lately and am falling behind with what I usually watch in general, not just yours. I think your videos have been showing up for me just fine though.
