rode it first time at night when i was eight. the path to the loading area was so creepy. i remember as walked under the track a shower of sparks came down on us, and the lights flickered. was so awsome.
i miss astroworld tho im grown nothing to much to do with the kids i remember this being the first ride i rode at astroworld evertime i went my fav this tx cyclone viper serial thriller and dugeon drop
no accually it is. its a traveling coaster. there is only one greezed lightning in existinse. its a scwarzkopf, and he made sure only one copy was made of each of his coasters
I rode this coaster hundreds of times in my childhood. It still brings me to tears to return to houston and drive past the void where astroworld once stood.
Those old Schwartzkopf shuttle loops from the late 1970's were so AWESOME!!! My first looping experience on ANY rollercoaster was on one of THESE old shuttle loops,..it was the "Laser Loop" at Kennywood Park near Pittsburgh, PA. I was about 8 years old when I rode it. It was the MOST INTENSE 35 seconds on any ride. And the loop SCARED ME, and yet attracted me to the ride as well. I'm hooked on coasters now, thanks to the Laser Loop, and these Schwartzkopf shuttle loop models. Thanks!
@SecronGlitch the waterpark was the first to go!
