Well the vids that explain how they work is pretty propriatary to logitec. So the communication issue will not go away untill you switch to a logitec remote. I imagine logitec paid sony good money to be able to interface with their software. A smart move as this is a standard issue with PS3 integration into a universal remote set-up. Universal remote does not use two way gateway style rf bases. I have dealt with both and universal is the way to go as logitec's have ramp issues(DANGEROUS!!!)

Interesting issue, I have not had to deal with this situation, however I would like to know how you are useing this and if pairing the blutooth logitec adapter for the PS3 has been succesful. A bluetooth pairing funtion will not work with universal's complete control line as far as I know. However, you may be able to do something, if the logitec adapter is some sort of IR to bluetooth converter. If this is what it is.

YES .but you can get this will work on a universal remote.the hex code is the key but I'm still working on this.
