you won't be disappointed. the on ly thing that you might not like is the keyboard. it took me about a week to get use to the keyboard.

when you are watching the VIds. go to your menu on the phone. and hit higher quality mode. it will format in higher Quality. although it might take longer to load the video. Droid has that function. =)

yeah just "watch in hi quality" if you really want to be dazzled dearch for 1080p (i know its not 1080p) and watch the UP trailer its great way to show it off

I really like it, but spent yesterday filling the address book by hand (PITA). Hope to play with it more later today. Also might have to check out some of the forums.

if you input your contacts on your PC or laptop from your Gmail acount online it will be faster and it wil show up on your phone  in a few minutes. It was hard at 1st for me to get use to the keyboard on the droid so i input the info at Gmail contacts on my laptop.

yeah the whole contacts thing takes a while but once its sorted out youll NEVER have to worry about losing you contacts again ever

I was the first one to get the Droid in my town, I was lucky because my upgrade came on the 6th.I still haven't shot a video on it yet,but I think I'm going to post one tomorrow.

Yea I went there to pay full retain BUT I ended up adding a new line, downgraded my Blackberry plan and now I am paying less per month with two phone then I was with my unlimited BB plan. I have a family play of 1400, since I am only using my BB for messenger and thats all I never use it for outgoing or incoming calls so my droid has my old number and my BB has my new #, I have the full 1400 min on my droid with data plan plus a 22% corporate discount and 25% off accessories as well..

pretty good. i already have 2 phones. Sidekick and had the Palm Centro till i got the Driod. i like both. Now i use the palm centro to back up business contacts adn a few free apps.

yeah me to. did you have to wait in line? there wasn't a line for the Droid but a few were buying the Droid as well as the Reps buying it for themselves. i had to pay full price cause i wasn't up for a renewal. 600 bucks...lol
