Governor Jerry Brown recently violated statutes set with international law that state that discrimination is unlawful.
His action to sign a bill that restrict ban proposals on infant male circumcision also violates and infringes equal protection principles that are established in human right legislation.
Allowing parents to continue to inflict genital cutting procedures on boys as part of the parents "religious ritual" violates that infant boys right to his OWN religious freedom.
Governor Jerry Brown will have blood on his hands with the HR 2400 Bill to protect "Parental Rights" to cut the genitals of their children. The Bill cites circumcision as a "safe practice" as being performed safely "for generations."
Circumcision accidents happen everywhere it's done. Over the last few years the media has reported several boys have been severely damaged and one death from botched circumcisions.
The next ones will have Jerry Brown, Fiona Ma and Mike Gatto's names associated.
