@Obsidiax Yes, one color is meant to show what each hand plays. But the length (duration) does not say how long the finger must remain on the keys. After you pressed the key, you can remove your hand (and hold the notes down with the pedal).

@sonicsongstress It took me bout 1 month to learn the whole thing and 2 months to actually get the tempo going, hardest parts of course the really fast part at like 2:50 i think? that took me a while and i still make mistakes but i nail it most of the time now (unlike the video :) ) 1/2 n hour should be enough, just learn as much as you can during that and spend the rest of the time practicing what you learn to make sure it stays, make sure you have time in your hands, as it's not easy to learn.

@Dependablehero Sounds to me, you haven't plugged your piano in. To fix it connect your digital piano to your pc and configure synthesia to use the piano as an input. OBVIOUSLY you must have figured out something is wrong, when you couldn't use your piano? I'm feeling kind of like the tech support guy, who was trying to help someone without power to start the pc up.....

Wow, 7 months and I came back to this (I gave up on the 2nd part) I've practiced the simpler versions and learnt them to improve my skills (I'm self thaught) and I've finally learned this. Now it's all matter of practicing over and over but I can see it coming along already (just having more trouble with the really fast part at 2:36 so tips for that would be appreciated) but yea, i'm having fun learning this piece now and play it all the time when I'm home :D
