Way to go Mary Lyn... perfect representation of NIA. I can personally attest that my enthusiasm for other types of fitness classes has always paled with time, but attending NIA classes have healed and energized me in so many ways (body, mind & spirit), that I'm glad to say that it's been a regular part of my life for almost 8 years now thanks to starting a class with you... and God willing, I see no end in sight!
