@Gam3Virus07 Oops double post. Anyway, don't be retarded. Most of our weaponry is the same with a few upgrades and toys for the most part. The Abrams, the M16 (which we've used since Nam), the Humvee, the same general body armor. That's not a bad thing, I'm just staying that MW2 having similar tech doesn't make it unrealistic.
The M16 is being replaced by the M4, The M4 was made in 1997 and 20 years ago was 1991. UAV wasn't at its finest, The F-17 Nighthawk was unheard of we dont even use that any more, and the B-2 was something no one talked about, they never have heard anything so rediculious, The F-22 didnt exist, and the MV-22 Osprey wasnt even heard of.
M4 is REPLACING (keyword) the M16, B2 is still being used even if no one "talked about it", you're right about the Raptor and Osprey, but even so that makes 2 major addition in the past 2 decades, yes there are some other things in R&D that I would've liked to see, like the M416 or XM8, but most of our shit is still in use and like the Strato-fortress will probably still be for a long time after.

@SamOliver4 my story is similar to yours except that my multiplayer face was like :D for the first 2 months, and that i found nothing wrong with the halo 2 ending, it was a good ending for such a great game because it was going to be another game, NOW, if the whole storyline would have ended that way it would have sucked, AND SUCKED HARD,ohh, and i thought the same of spec ops too, especially on veteran :)

Nah, Russia is a big country and they have a badass military but their size really has nothing to do with it. They have about the same size military we do if not a little smaller. as the son of a united states marine and the grandson of an ex fbi agent.. i have learned that there are over 500 troops,secret service,cops,and swat guarding the white house.. you may not see it but you can if you look hard enough. each man women, has there own little stash of guns ready just in case of a terrorist attack.. so this is why i really dont think.. that anyone can take the white house unless they launch a nuke.. because if they were to send there men with only guns.. doomsday

You know, when the K141 Kursk sank in the Barents sea, Russia and America could have become allies if they had accepted American help to retrieve the men aboard.
But Vladimir Putin didn't accept any help and did nothing at all to save them, so the 118 men on the ship (really the 23 survivors) died after a couple of weeks!

Nah, Russia is a big country and they have a badass military but their size really has nothing to do with it. They have about the same size military we do if not a little smaller. If russia invaded we'd be fucked from the get go because the majority of our military is in the middle east as said before. if China invaded and we had no other countries support we would be fucked because of their numbers.

@xmattyyx dude we hav the most technologically advanced military in the world we would last more than 1 nd a half months if u dont believe me look at the M1A2 Abrams, the AC-130 gunship, F-22 stealth fighter, MH-60 Apache attack helicopter not to mention the national guard who ar first to attack the marines, army, navy nd air force just cuz were in Iraq nd Afghanistan doesn't mean we hav no means to protect ourselves plus if Russia invades us their on foreign soil were not

@jdskullcrusher we're not the most technologically advanced military, all of the worlds leading super powers have about the same technology because we can't keep anything a secret. we're not the only country with all of those vehicles. Not only that, why even mention a helicopter, a strong ass helicopter doesnt stop a rocket from crashing into it and utterly destroying it. The national guard isn't meant to fight off or defend an invading country's military force. a DUUUH!

The NATIONAL guard is supposed to defend our country form an invading force, they started the guard during the revolutionary war, they fought the british and now they just sit here and do nothing. Until the next time we are invaded, and the last time was when japan made it to Alaska, we mobilized national guard troops to beat the fuck out of them, and guess what, it worked

yeah they do, but national guard is still a force thats tasked to protect our country not only does the name national guard say that, but when you swear your oath to the constitution you do so with the knowledge that your sole purpose is to protect the country, marines are an invasion force, army is an invasion force navy same thing, national guard is a national guard

@rob19204 the only country that fer sure would come to our aid would be Iran. no other country likes us enough, at all. if anything it'd benefit most other countries if the US was taken out of power. it'd lead to bad things for them but it's still be beneficial. we have a huge and highly advanced military force but if we were to be swept off our feet by more than one nation, shit would hit the fan REALLY quickly. good guns, technology, muscle & the homeland doesn't do much if you have no morale.

Yeah, we do have a lot of "allies", but think about it... how zealous & passionate are any of our "allies" really gonna be? No one would be concerned, it'd be an unwilling obligation, and it'd depend on the situation, but if it were an extreme case, other nations reeeeeally wouldn't be that concerned.

We are in debt mainly with china but the United states will do whats its good at, keep spending even though they're already in debt. And Britain would fucking fight a war for us if we wanted them to.

It wasn't a real serious thing just to give an example how close Britain and the United states are. We saved them in Ww2... and In my opinion they pretty much 'owe' us something back. And also if you did not know the United Nations which include (Britain, Germany, Russia, China, and many others) Have entered and fought the Iraq/Middle Eastern war along with our troops but backed out later.

You're obviously just patriotic to a fault, believing the US to be some huge life saving country. If it wasn't us, it'd be someone else in that place. People survive, it's what we're made for. And just because they "owe" us doesn't mean anything. You go to anyone from the UK and you ask them, you tell them they owe us because we "saved their ass" and i don't doubt they'd spit in your face.

@xmattyyx I do not consider myself to be patriotic I actually heard the 'keeping 41 countries alive' over Fox 40 News, and mainly those countries are in africa, and of course were not keeping everyone alive in these countries. I thought you would be able to anticipate that I wasn't literally saying that were keeping every human being in these nations alive. @9hello123 It seems somebody has dug up my last argument, and it seems once again is confused. I am assuming that your meaning to say the reason we got involved was after the bombing at pearl harbor. That is true, thats why we did get involved. But We also got involved to Save Britain. The only other people stopping germany from conquering europe were Russia, and Britian. Rosevelt also said "if defeat should threaten the allies" we will go to war with Germany. Thus another reason we got in.
