when the trk kicks in , when the helicopter gets hit by whatever armament, was that an act of aggression or was it a sales display for some missile, either way was their peole killed in that clip, i find that more unsettling than the laser cam infra red night camera where you can see people walking around the car as it gets napalmed and u know 100% real people died.

I believe the helicopter that was shot down there was a russian one shot down in afghanistan. But i might be wrong there. I dont think anyone can survive such a hit. But hey, war is hell and it is about time people see that. Show the killings on TV for once so people know how terrible war is.

Ike started off as a militaristic general. But by the end of his administration, he realized that the war he was waging was nothing like the WWII. And, stripped of real power, he came to despise the same military-industrial complex that put him in power, and warned us. He also warned JFK, who needed a hard knock to really understand what Ike was talking about, but then followed the right path as well, until he was whacked. Then came LBJ, and it was all gone.

Animals are violent. War exists because humans are animals and as such are violent, competitive, and territorial. The difference between us and the rest of the animal kingdom is that we are extremely intellegent. The end sum equals warfare.

I was in the national mall at that time, actually. I recall him saying that this presidency wasn't about him, it was about us. I guess that means that he can blame all of his mistakes on us now. And in D.C., people have gone nuts. It is just ridiculous how much people trust this guy. He lied during the debates to make McCain look bad (McCain did the same right back), so I don't know why everyone thinks that he's not going to lie again.

First of all, we're not in a depression, we're in a recession, but it does look like we're headed towards a depression right now.
Second, the government is incapable of getting us out of a depression. Whenever they try to "stimulate the economy", they just make things worse.
I personally think that the best way for people to play their part is to join the black market and let the white market crumble, because its going to do that one way or another.

If you get your knowledge of history from playing medal of honour you probably would think that it was only America who stopped hitler. In fact the soviet union did the bulk of the fighting. People don't hate America for being the most powerful, they hate America for all the murderous dictarships it installs and protects around the world.
