I used to eat super healthy, about 5 years ago. Then college came and I gained the 15 lbs. plus another 10 lbs. per year since then -_- so this new years I decided to go bac to my old healthy eating habits so I can get back in shape and be healthier.
this vid is super educational. I also love how you're telling girls not to do the calorie-counting. That's got to be the least interesting part of the nutritional values stuff for ppl to read anyway. And I'm trying miso soup now bc of you :D

I know what you're talking about with the freshman 15. I've gained 50lbs since I've been in college. at first I liked the weight because when i first got to college i was really skinny but once I started to get into the 170lb range, I knew I needed to change. Love the vid.

I am in high school and I think that the whole counting calories thing is stupid, you should just make good choices and then you wont have to count the calories because you will know you ate well! I love all your videos by the way, you have great style :)
