  • IT'S NOT KILLING ... IT'S CALLED MURDER!~

  • AMERICAN CIVIL LIBERTIES UNION IS NOT PART OF THE UNITES STATES GOVERNMENT! For the past few decades, the ACLU has been on a major crusade to destroy Christianity in America, promote filth under "freedom of speech and expression," and of course, vigorously defend the homosexual culture of death. On Jan. 10, 1963, Congressman Albert S. Herlong Jr., D-Fla., read a list of 45 communist goals into the Congressional Record.

  • @Zalahblue I don't think it's the objective of ACLU but in any case Fuck Christianity. Evil Religion.

  • I hear that the "pilots" for these drones are flying these drones from places like California.

So if the enemy wants to attack they'll need to attack California.

I keep thinking Posse Comitatus Act where US soldiers aren't allowed to occupy US soil.

This puts civilians in danger because the attack base is in downtown whatever and is a desirable target for the enemy.

thanks for the great report! 5+

  • @uturniaphobic Almost Every United States Armed Forces bases is in the United States. So wouldn't all bases be a target? Further more your "Posse Comitatus Act " is essentially the 3rd amendment stating that No forced quartering of soldiers in private houses during peacetime, and In a time of war, Congress can pass a law stating that soldiers should be quartered. The Act is by no means stating that U.S. soldiers can't occupy U.S. soil, thats just plain wrong. Know your facts before you post.

  • @GreekCommander I did not state Posse Comitatus status as a "fact"

so know your grammar you slammer

regardless there's a desirable target in downtown LA

  • @GreekCommander The Posse Comitatus Act is a United States federal law (18 U.S.C. § 1385) passed on June 18, 1878, after the end of Reconstruction. It is NOT the 3rd Amendment, and it DOES (or I guess I should say DID) prohibit the Federal Armed Forces from performing police functions within the America Nation itself. That is just plain right.

Know THE facts before YOU post. :P

  • @my own post - Pardon me, "within the AmericaN Nation itself." I've been awake for like 46 hours, so you'll have to excuse the typo.

The rest of the post was still correct, regardless :) Enjoy.

  • @jesterbbb now the exception to the posse comitatus act would be if there was a hostage situation on u.s. soil and you needed the best counter terrorism team you could find. so you go with seals or delta. the best of the best. they'll be performing a "police function" but it would be sanctioned and used in defense of the american people.

  • @LeaveItToBeaner The Posse Comitatus Act just says that our federalized armed forces (I.E. our military) cannot be used as police within America against our own Citizenry. If we got invaded, obviously our military would be expected to do some "policing" then. The focus of the PCA is to keep a would-be dictator from having an army on call within the U.S. to keep people "in line."

  • @uturniaphobic the posse comitatus act was created to keep u.s. troops from becoming a police force in the united states. please refrain from talking out of your ass. probing into predator drone strikes means that cia agents and special forces troops tasked with designating targets are put at risk by revealing their identities thanks to the "freedom of information act" listen shit head. some things are left classified for a reason. if you dont like how your freedom is guarded, move to cuba

  • @LeaveItToBeaner if you cal this crap freedom you're a joke end of story

  • @LeaveItToBeaner Now you're just being antagonistic...and I'm hopeful that you didn't mean what you said in that last sentence. "Move to Cuba"? Are you kidding me? According to all of American History, the founding principles of the Nation itself, and good common sense, if the People don't like the way their freedom is "guarded", they have a right to say so, and even a right to ask for changes. Why tell someone else to move to Cuba, when clearly they're more in touch with America than you?

  • @uturniaphobic well the bases arent in "down town whatever" no one knows where the drone bases are because for the most part their closely guarded secrets. but realistically drone pilots are deployed with the aircraft. the aclu is over stepping their boundaries. who the fuck do they think they are?

  • @LeaveItToBeaner not sure but I think the Posse Comitatus applies to a "deployed" soldier. If you're all for this, you'll probably love what's coming.

  • @uturniaphobic no it applies to soldiers here at home to keep america from becoming a police state like during the stalin years of russia and nazi germany.
