Stamina: Run 11 km's....yea thats all I got so far
Power: 50 Push ups (all kinds of push ups) hitting a heavy bag for 1 hour, 200 crouches, take a hammer (weigh 3 kgs) swing it 100 times with my right, 100 times left, 100 times both, and I do pull ups 8 pulls repeating is 5 times, got anything else that I can do?
@DestructionAMV1 i started the 300 pushups a day challange with the perfect pushup challenge and it makes a big difference. i also weight lift with it its a great way to get stronger. keep fightin bro!
it does really just use it everday till you muscles feel lathargic and do one rep after that and repeat for the next days it even helps abs and its way better than bench bench just gets you bigger pushups make you more cut and stronger to my opinion because you pushing your body weight for more reps than a bench

i have been using them for about 6 weeks and i have gained fabulous results, follow the workout sheet and get ripped, i use to bench 205 and now im already up to 245, no gym, just perfect pushups! but the vid was retarded, before? then after maybe?
inorder to gain muscle weight u have to increase ur calorie intake and ur protein intake, google it to see how much u should be taking, and this does work acording to my friend but u have to eat the right shit aswell, im getting them for christmas and threw out the holiday im go on a 1mile run on my treadmill and a variation of push ups sit ups and crunches and some dips
its kind of hard for me to put on weight im slowly putting on weight im like 5"8 135 im trying to get to 140 or 142 at one point i was 139, the problem is my job because i continously move around and pulling pallets i do eat about 2500-3000 a day, but its like im stuck around 135 for some reason idk how i got to 139 to be honest.

@DestructionAMV1 punching power comes from delts, lats, biceps and triceps. Do push ups and pull ups and work on using hips to turn into the punch
