this is the most sensible video i have watched on youtube....thanks radhia, while watching your video, i remembered how my parents are always telling me to stay away from eating junk and replace that with basic healthy stuff like fruits and veggies...but the problem is, foods that are supposed be nutritious are so loaded with chems from fertilizers and pesticides that it could cause harm instead... if not immediately, over time with repeated consumption..

This all sounds more like an opinion based on what feels right rather than what is backed up by scientific research. Not all processed foods are bad. While some unprocessed foods could be lethal. This view is too narrow and simplistic as are most dietary opinions.

this woman talks about the right kinds of foods to eat and whether they have been forced feed or been given extra toxins put into them by the growers /farmers ,easy for her to say she probably does not have a family of 5 to feed and collect from school and have dinner on the table for people im sure would make the right choices if they were given them but sometimes whats suggested is not always practical for most people easy to say less easy to do we could all eat better if given the chance to !

I eat at least 5 times a day and feel hungry before eating. But if I go 3 days without eating I will stop being hungry. Hunger is triggered by your habits well a lot of what is hunger is not all I'll admit. So whats wrong with me eating 5-7 times a day (usually 5 times).

Excellent. The fastest food on the planet is unprocessed and uncooked. I survived nearly a year with no fridge, got one without thinking, because everyone has one, right! Many years later I've dumped the fridge. It keeps you on the fresh natural stuff. Most junk foods need fridges, most nature made foods don't.
wow...food is that much of a crutch that you can't even eat a butterfinger... jeez all foods are alright even in moderation... so a butterfinger a month or even a week is not going to make you unhealthy, fat, or dead... fast food no way, but to deprive yourself of one guilty pleasure might lead to binge eating... an unhealthy activity... i was trained how to eat by a nutritionist and she always said "if you want a candy bar have 1- the serving size and 2- be sure not to make it a daily activity.

I have tried this and it does work. It takes some time to get used to what you can and cant eat, but well worth a try.
