His voice sounds very raspy here. Axl must have smoked quite a bit in these times. Despite this he could still sing pretty well. He is no Frank Sintara, but he has his place in music.
I think "One in a Million" is an interesting song because it actually went beyond the music and revealed how stupid people can be. An AUTHENTIC MEANINGFUL SONG can do that. Music is powerful and unfortunately that isn't understood anymore. It is now run by Disney and other big corporations like that and they feed what they think is right to you through these so-called "Artists" that they created.
