Mauro Farina (Danny Keith) used Malcolm J Hill later as one of many of his aliases, not sure but I think Malcolm and the bad girls also was used later by him... Tasosxg, are you sure it is not Mauro in the refrain on "Shoot Me"? xuanxusep (thanks;) what does the inlay info say?
