  • I think this is a great & concise description of the project! After watching quite a few of the the Global Lives short videos I think they are doing a great job of harnessing new and emerging technologies to create an interactive library that will only keep growing/become a great resource across many disciplines.

  • I really question the value of this project. It just doesn't seem to go far enough. The worst kind of post colonial romanticism of the third world. What is this really doing to create change? Why aren't they empowering people to document their own stories. There is just something about this that feels like an undergraduate project, and I am trying to understand how it ended up at Tedx Soma
