That used to happen to my eyes all the time in the winter and a friend recommended that I use Aveeno's hydrocrotisone cream as eye cream and it works better than any eye cream I have every used for taking the redness away and fixing the dryness. Just a recommendation in case the clinique cream isn't quite strong enough :)
