@anaclet I have 3 cats and 4 dogs, all of which I love dearly. My dog named G is my baby. I love her with all my heart. She sleeps in my bed with me at night and we curl up on the couch together watching movies during the day. If anything happened to her I'd be devastated. But when something happens like she trips over the stairs or something like in this video, I laugh because it's cute, and she's okay. Clearly this kitten is fine. Standing up for what is right in defiance of the law does not automatically make it wrong. 2 wrongs do not make one right, but you have to go case-by-case to determine if what they're doing in itself is right or wrong, and using the law as a yardstick is simply insufficient to come to a conclusion of the rightness or wrongness of their actions.

@Piisuke OMG seriously, I have 4 cats (2 kittens - one has only 3 legs) and they all end up in predicaments like this. They all end up losing their balance, ending arse about face and climbing all over the place and ending up in strange places, its called being an animal and having fun! They don't hurt themselves! @anaclet A note: My sister owns a kitten, and he's done the EXACT same thing without any of us touching the cat or baiting him or provoking him. He would jump up and try to balance on the thin part of the chair. If the cat was put there on purpose then the cat wouldn't have been so determined to get ontop and jump, no it would try and wriggle down onto the seat of the chair. @anaclet I have 3 cats and 4 dogs, all of which I love dearly. My dog named G is my baby. I love her with all my heart. She sleeps in my bed with me at night and we curl up on the couch together watching movies during the day. If anything happened to her I'd be devastated. But when something happens like she trips over the stairs or something like in this video, I laugh because it's cute, and she's okay. Clearly this kitten is fine. I don't see any 'abuse and cruelty', just a little boo boo.

PETA authorities have very good courses on that on a reasonable price. I also think that you should see psychological help and assistance as well as legal advice. You may need both. @TheHumbleNinja Actually I have to point out the law is not always a good yardstick of what is right. Some countries criminalise being gay for example. Standing up for what is right in defiance of the law does not automatically make it wrong. 2 wrongs do not make one right, but you have to go case-by-case to determine if what they're doing in itself is right or wrong, and using the law as a yardstick is simply insufficient to come to a conclusion of the rightness or wrongness of their actions.

@Piisuke OMG seriously, I have 4 cats (2 kittens - one has only 3 legs) and they all end up in predicaments like this. They all end up losing their balance, ending arse about face and climbing all over the place and ending up in strange places, its called being an animal and having fun! They don't hurt themselves! If you knew animals, you would know this is normal! Just enjoy their silly moments and smile! This is nature! :)

@anaclet A note: My sister owns a kitten, and he's done the EXACT same thing without any of us touching the cat or baiting him or provoking him. He would jump up and try to balance on the thin part of the chair. If the cat was put there on purpose then the cat wouldn't have been so determined to get ontop and jump, no it would try and wriggle down onto the seat of the chair. You sound like a person who's never owned a cat.
