they made this map on an expansion pack of bf 2 its prety cool map, there are a bunch of crashed WWII planes on it to which is kinda cool. its called wake island 2007 lol

i had the crosshair problem too, but i figured it out, you have to switch betwen windows and game mode until they appear.

its very easy: first step: you are not in your jeep.

second step: jou jump on your jeep but you do not get in. now just stand on one of the seats and lie down with your face looking out one of the sides of the jeep. now your screen can move a little. just try to hold this position. and wait. you will notice that your jeep is rising of the ground. how longer you hold this position how higher the jeep gets.
