They also live apart for the two weeks.These UK bridezillas aren't as bad as their US counterparts, but you still wouldn't want to become shackled to one of them. I had a girlfriend break up with me for my failure to propose.
I had told her i would propose if we stayed togather for a year. She cheated on me and we broke up then got togather again. (i know, can't turn a 'ho' into a housewife) So after we had known each other for a year (3 break ups later) she demanded an engagement ring.
She showed me the ring she wanted, the dress she expected me to buy, and the invitations i was suposed to order. She had every thing planned other than how to pay for it.

This article stunned me. Planning the wedding BEFORE engagement. I've never ever heard of anyone planning a wedding in that order. There's nothing in it for men but debt and children you never get to see. I was married for 12 years and have a son and a daughter that I never see. My ex is married to another idiot who made more money than me. My PTSD from combat made things a bit hard but I always thought "In sickness and in health" meant something to women. Guess I was wrong.

I actually just watched Gone With the Wind for the first time a few months back and I remember being stunned at the scene where Scarlette gives up her wedding wing (without a second thought) as a donation to help the wounded soldiers. It was quite the eye opener to realize how much things have changed and how few women today would ever do something like that.

Selflessness does not come natural to women because evolution programmed them to put their interests first to help propagate the specie. However, women of yesteryear were raised in a culture that encouraged selflessness and self sacrifice. Women grew up with a sense of duty to family and country, but feminism and liberalism ended that. Also, I'm not a hater, but certain characters have no gender preference or anything. Plus, there are not stat differences, so anything a male character does, a female character can do as well. ;-)

I don't know if you are familiar with the game Skyrim Bern, but you can get married on that game, lol. I would be happy with a Skyrim wedding.
