This band popped back into my mind recently. Listening to the music now means so much more. I think I was 9 or 10 when I first listened to their songs. Beautiful truly beautiful and now Philip's doing his own thing. Very cool... :D

Love this song.

But this video really doesn't deserve such strange comments like the ones I've seen. Why can't people just respect others' beliefs? If you believe in God, that's great. If you don't, that's great as well. And I'd like to add Christians ARE still being persecuted in certain countries, which is very wrong; but also in some countries a same sex couple can be put to death instantly just for being in love, and that is wrong too.. The world is cruel and very closed minded at times.

im a christian, and i dont call people guerillas ,i think thats awful,true our religion has caused the most suffering, but beacuse christians were and are being persecuted. In Asia, they are brutally tortured and murdered for owning a bible!america was founded because christians wanted to get away from the persecution in europe. true there are religious people that claim God told them to kill people, but thats so wrong. our God is a loving God, why would he want us to kill his other..he doesnt

okay 1. I do make racist remarks, and that is not the worst of it. But of course not in real life cause they could cause problems, just like many people do. 2. I listen to any music, If it has a hot girl, I'll try it out 4. I listen to flyleaf pretty sure its christian band, but then again i could be wrong 3. I'm not a christian.

Ha, who said I was christian? who said I go to church now? I listened to them when I was a teen...when I was made to go to church. This was my first christian band, cause I thought she looked good. I did not go to harvest church. I only visited to see the band. christian music doesn't always talk about God in the lyrics.

There are crazy people out there that mess things up and do things in the name of God. They are the ones who mess up the meaning of being a christian. The Bible says just because someone says Lord, Lord dosen't mean they are going to heaven. The Bible says that God will say I knew you not, depart from me ye worker of iniquity. The Bible also says to judge them by their fruits of the spirit. In order to do that you must know God first. Not everyone who say they are a christian is a christian.

I was fortunate enought ot go to church with them before they hit it big. When i went through the roughest time in my life, I turned to their music and it brought me back to my center. I loved them before they hit it big when they were singing in my youth group, and i love them to this day.Anytime i need a pick me up i put their cd in.

website no longer works, she stopped. last time I check she had her own family started, maybe that is the reason she stopped. This was the first christian band I heard.  Saw them at Harvest Church. I still have their 2 albums with the cover art.

I only ever heard 2 of LaRue's songs back in 2000 and I absolutely loved them but they almost entirely dropped off the charts after that. I really wished I could have gotten my hands on their album.

I miss LaRue. I met them at a music festival and got their autographs...they are both sweethearts. Their lyrics are so honest and the music itself is so chill...plus I had a huge crush on Phillip back in the day :p
