What I like about Liara's love scenes in both games is that you can feel the chemistry between her and Shepard, there's a truly deep connection between them that I wasn't able to see in all the other options, that's why I'm keeping her for my own "official run" of Mass Effect.

I noticed that love scenes are great with Liara, instead of just a kiss with jack or someone else.

@MegaLalapala I doubt it. One of the loading screen tips says "Import your ME2 game into ME3 (If you survive!)", which implies if you don't survive then it's over. Besides, the whole process cost billions of dollars, and even if you help the illusive man he subtly hints that you won't be rebuilt.

No way of knowing for sure until the 3rd game, but i'm guessing not.

Samara also clearly states she is nearly 1000 so I'd rather believe her - not you. It is also mentioned more than once by more than one character that all Asari have a lifespan of about 1000 years - not just matriarchs. Stop using that annoying phrase about attention when you're the one not paying it.

BTW talk the asari at the bar about her life listen about her having a child. It matches with the story Liara tells you in ME1

I played ME1 and loved Liara's shy and timid personality. I'm glad the Shadow Broker DLC let me see that side of Liara again as well as continue the relationship with her (though my character's male not female). She's the only love interest I find gets better with time although Tali is a close second. Here's to little blue children running around in ME3.

I think you misunderstood me. I said Liara was the best love interest with Tali coming in a close second. The reason I like Tali is, as you pointed out, she's cute. It's also because you form a relationship with her over two games, and yeah she has her problems, but when you romance her I always felt there was something special that was absent with Jack or Miranda. It feels like it means a lot more with her and Liara is the same way. I like Liara more, but I still like Tali.

I didn't really like what Liara had become in the second game. She was entirely focused in her search for the Shadow Broker, consumed by vengeance and obsession. I liked her shyness and awkward misconception of human phrases, language and humor. That was a great part of her personality. But, when you get to see her of Illium, she...she changed a great deal.

I ended up going with Tali. She was a good friend in the first game, and...how could any living creature resist those thighs and legs?

You have to romance Liara in Mass Effect 1, and stay loyal to her in ME2. Then you will get this scene instead of a romance scene with one of the love interests in ME2.

The picture of either Liara, Ashley, or even Kaiden, just seems awkward. Like Liara is just looking off into deep space and all of a sudden that's a picture?
