Nah, this isn't the buggiest. World Warrior and Power Instincts have worse bugs than any of the Kof ones.
(PI has some that kill the machine perenatly. SFIIWW has some that waste your quarters by reseting the machine.)

I dont believe that Kof97 is so buggy.
In 3 Years of Playing i see only 1 Time "Task Over"
Maybe the Most Stuff of this ""Bug"" Video is from Buggy Kof 97 Bootlegs.(there was more than 20 Bootlegs out there from 97)

at 1:52, that infinite is like the SF's kara cancel, pretty cool, overused in MExico when kof 97 was in its prime. Cool video =)

wow and I thought yu yu hakusho dark tournament had nasty bugs (like jump kicks break guard and short characters throw do no damage half the time). But to see all these infinites and a woman get stuck in mid air when she throws is ridiculous.
