  • Girls just wanna have fun

    But not with you, LOL

  • nice

  • man i would trade my macbook unibody for this

i love the powerbook g4 look

  • i cant understand anything this guy says wow volume all up gay

  • whats better a macbook or a macbook pro?! cuz i want one i dnt know what to pick! im just gonna use it for internet browsing, music, and a lil online gaming! so which one is good for me????

  • i'd get the mac book and spec it up

  • The Pro has a better screen, as well as a few other things. Look at some reviews...for some reason the Pro has a few differences (that you wouldn't expect) over the regular Macbook.

That said, I'm sure either one would be fine.

  • macbook

  • macs have limitations fuck off and die obviously being a fanboy is more important even considering that you could be wrong

  • I want to get this!

  • why? there is a new one

  • Thank you very much ,,

but I want to ask you ,, can I play DVD/CD with it ?

excuse me for my English ,, I'm not a native speaker

  • yep, you can, they wouldnt leave that out

  • macs are terrible value for money....that point alone completely screws Apple over....i could get a pc laptop for the same price with better specs END OF STORY

  • Yeah... great battle against mac-lover ...second, better spec in a pc means nothing because of the OS, and i don't play games, so for me gaming is not everything, i'm looking for photo movie and music, what you would recomend?... hmhmhm...mac ( end of story)

  • you are a fucking idiot....what makes macs better for photo, video, audio etc. NOTHING...macs are the same as PCs they just cost more and have crappy brushed aluminium piece of shit cases or whatever the fuck they are idc...i could get a pc with same specs for half the price and it can do more than a mac anyway....macs have limitations PC's don't.

  • actually, for your information, a mac and PC with the same specs do not perform equally well. Macs really are better for photo video and audio, if you haven't noticed PCs (windows) have always been really behind macs in every way except software availability. I just saw a windows commercial where they were talking about how you could drag photos into a slideshow and add music. mac did that like... over 5 years ago. it shocks me how passionately hateful you are of apple. kind of pathetic...

  • so...if its something new they are GOING to put it in thier advertising...they arent bragging about it and saying that thier new OS is better than Mac OS X they are just saying it has new features...meaning new for WINDOWS so what is your fucking problem?! and yes...PCs with equiv. specs of a mac do perform equally well...because they are essentially the same thing the only difference is the motherboard and to be honest apple makes pretty average motherboards...nothing out of the ordinary

  • You could call me a fanboy whatever...but i don't simply make blank statements and then fight using things that have no source...i backup what i say with factual evidence...and tell people to LOOK IT UP alright...so what i am going to ask you to do is actually do some unbiased research....and kindly get out of my face. If you give me the price of any Mac i can build a custom PC that will KICK its ASS to the fucking moon for the same price...

  • Im not insulting the legitimacy of the commercial, rather the legitimacy of the product, so your argument doesnt make sense. PCs really dont perform equally well. I think its hilarious that you say 'i backup what I say with factual evidence' when you havent given any factual evidence at all, you've just restated your false claim. and dont tell me to 'kindly get out of your face' when you are the one cursing, and Im politely objected to your claim. if you cant take the heat dont make false claims

  • the only difference is the motherboard...which has no potential to significantly speed up processing times with todays technology...and it uses the same cpu socket as a PC based motherboard so um yeah look it up because i know my shit alright...

  • the number of pins (socket) is the only thing with potential to speed up processing speed due to the increased bandwidth because of an increased number of pins....and whatever socket is on a mac, there will be PC motherboards with the same socket...so the only things thats different in a mac has no potential at this time to speed up a Mac, thus having equal power to a PC of equal hardware specifications...thats not to say Mac OS X isnt somewhat faster than windows

  • what do u think of the macbook pro 17 inch unibody

  • Its great! But in my opinion, I think its a bit to little USB ports, but everything else seems to be great, the screen is awesome!

  • how long will the battery last?

  • My co-worker was going to buy a macbook pro when he got his tax return but what happened? Price... Price steered him toward a high end Windows HP laptop as he also wanted to buy M-Audio music beat making hardware and the softwear. In all he spent close to $1,000 dollars and he still had 600 left over to put in the bank. Many of my friends would like to go "mac" buy price is a factor even the used ones are kind of high priced for a used laptop. Anyhow macs to me are worth the price great quality.

  • hmm for animation and gaming which should i buy? mac pro or anyother

  • If you want the ultimate gaming machine, get a Mac Pro tower. But, I play high-end games on my Macbook Pro. They run fine. Still, for the price of a Macbook Pro, you can get some mean Mac Pro tower power.

  • hmmm how much will they cost? i got budget for my birthday... below 3000?

  • Well, if you have a budget for $3,000, I'd go with a new Macbook Pro at 2.66GHZ. It's under 3K, too. Just go with 4GB of RAM.

  • Oh. Age has nothing to do with anything. Every person is different. Some children are more mature than adults.

  • yup.. age is a number lol... *added as friend*

  • Dude, TBH if you want a gaming machine go for a alienware... :D

  • yeah, they cost 2000 for the lower end 2.4 ghz

  • did it come with the remote?

  • Comment removed

  • yep

  • thats good it gave me a laugh

  • Hi... if I'm a audio/music engineer, what's better for me?: An old design MacBook PRO with 2.4Ghz, 2GB Ram, 200GB HDD for 1750 bucks or a NEW design MacBook (not Pro) with 2.4Ghz, 2GB Ram, 250GB HDD for 1790 bucks? Help!

  • It depends if you need the FireWire port really. Isn't it quite common for professional audio equipment to make heavy use of FireWire? If so then I'd go for the Pro for that reason alone, plus it has a larger display and higher resolution and more power.

  • Go with the 2.4GHZ Macbook Pro. That's the one I have. I stuffed it with 4 gigs of RAM. It is plenty for anyone man. Audio/music engineer for sure.

  • mmm WHY??? he can speak whatever he wants! dont me mean, latin people also use youtube asi que tranquilizate!!!!!!!

  • Can you PLEASE answer one question, What is Visat baseline score for YOUR Macbook Pro??

  • wiseman confusion says'' if i run windows on my beautiful 17"macbook pro...does not make it a pc !!''

not that i would want to*_*

    macs 4life

  • @dubbedcrazy it does become a pc...........pc software FTW!!!!!!MAC design FTW!!!!!!

    alienware is the shit

  • What is lacking with the Macbook 15" is the limited usb ports. Only two... A lot of the Pc laptops have up to four usb ports-Apple should get their act together and add more usb ports!

  • adoro los macs

xo tu video es un coñazo

al mens ponle algo d musica

  • MAcs are amazing i go the base model of Imac g5 and it runs better than any pc i ever used

  • a mac is a pc! it is a personal computer right?

  • okay i have a macintosh and its better than any windows computer i ever used

  • Traditionally, yes, but because of the great differences between a mac and pc, they have now been deemed generally separate things. The way I understand it, anything running windows, etc, or is not Apple brand, is a pc.

  • No a pc is a any computer running a windows or lynix operating systems,ie ibm, sont, toshiba, dell.

A mac is its own computer and operating system.... relying on its own hardware and software for success :)

And their so so much better for it!

Windows and bill gates arnt smart enough or good enough/confident. To build design and market its own hardware- or pc to run its windows operating systems.... So they really are the lesser of the 2 by a long way :)

  • Yes and no, it is a PC in the sense that you buy it and its yours. But Macs are very "closed" you can't do nearly as much customization on a Mac as you can on a Windows PC. It depends on what your definition of personal is.

  • why the hell is this thumbs downed? a mac is technically a pc or personal computer, people stereotype pc's as being windows only however. Traditionally now a PC is a computer running microsoft software however technically a pc applies to any computer that you use for yourself and you own

  • some one told me they suck i think they dont

  • how do you change the burn speed before burning an audio cd? than

  • i want one of these so bad!!

  • i would cause the macbook pro because it is a extramly good laptop and you can customize it and it has programs with phote, video, and i think game programs that you can add. so i suggest you get the macbook pro. trust me i know so much about laptop and technolgy its not even funny. GET A MACBOOK PRO!!!!!!!!!!

  • I would say that either of them would be a good choice, although you need to look more specifically at the video/graphics memory/ card, aswell as the processor speed. If you are looking for an easier to use computer, and you have previous experience with windows, get the dell. If you aren't fussy about the operating system, get the Mac Book because it comes with great free video software, and it is very nearly impossible to make viruses for Mac. You will also need to consider program compatibility

  • I got question? Can you edit HD video from camera recorder? I am thinking about getting Mac Book Pro 15.4 or 17 ' and use for editing video HD and photoshop, I don't know if macBook Pro can handle it? Do you by any chance know it?

  • yes there is idvd for making dvd's and imovie for making movies but if your doing mega video editing then i would surgest final cut pro . look at it on the apple website!

  • and another suggestion, if your kinda low on the budget factor, try FCE 4, it supports green screen:>:>:>

  • Thank Guy

  • i just got one with 4 gigs of ram and works fine.

  • yes, it can very well handle it. the mac osx was made for that kind of stuff. just use any kind of mac video editing software or use the built in imovie.

  • eyah, but u will need to get final cut pro.

  • For some reason it's hard to understand you. The sound is not clear but nice closeup of the macbook pro. Thanks.

  • crAp Sound...

  • the latop or the person?

no offence meant to the person.

  • what powerbook do/did you have?

  • speak more clearly please

  • FREAK

  • welle veryone has there own opinions. please do not flame this dude/dudette

  • your opinion is your opinion but I beg to differ

  • agreed

  • go fuck your dog or something!! MAC is THA best thing on the freakin market!! (love dogs by the way) (not in a freaky way :P)

  • Wouldn't say they are the best...maybe for laptops. Building your own computer is the best thing to do.

  • The power bricks on apple products are beautiful pieces of industrial design. It's almost a shame to hide them under the desk.

  • how are you supposed to use that dvi to vga connector? its so small u would have to have the mac pro like next to it!?!?

  • Your suppose to have your own extension.

  • ah i see :P lol stupid question i guess i just didnt think haha!

  • Haha, its al right mate.

  • it's so true, I was wondering that myself. The cable being so short made it almost a pointless inclusion

  • its a converter...

  • Maybe you should get some manners first, no?

  • true
