I really think that MW2 is way more action packed. every time i get into a match in BO everything is just so quiet. In MW2, after 3 minutes there is shit blowing up everywhere. You could have 3 aircraft in the air at once i think . and it was much more fun than annoying (noobtubes, knifers, etc.). If you were very good at MW2 then you sure are a beast in BO.
