Harvest was halo wars, not reach, so forth it was attacked first and then reach years later the people on harvest was a military training facility as well as reach but was also known for its income of money/credits and while being attacked they tried to hold the covenant off and defend reach which (obviosly) failed therefore reach was next and then earth and on the first halo was the beginning and end for the covenant.

@mastercheif892 no. the spartan III's were still in the training stages at this time. the first batch of spartan III's was wiped out at a covenant refueling station. and another thing that you can tell in the cut scene that showed up. the Spartans are obviously wearing modded versions of the mjiolner mark V armor. the spartan III's have a lighter SPI camouflaged armor they look much smaller than the Spartan II's. hoped that clears it up.

Who is more than likely a Spartan 3 because of the ref to Pegasi ( Look up operation torpdeo ). We more than likely will not see chief or any spartans we know due to what has been revealed so far.
