Im a Ps3 Guy and i had xbox with forza 3 but then got banned when they were all checking consoles. so i sold it. But personally im gonna buy an 360 just so i can play a few of the games PS3 doesnt have. Forza 4 being one of them.

GT5 fanboys should stay away. They'd always say GT5's the best when in fact they NEVER played FM3. Coz if they HAVE played FM3, there's NO WAY they'd say GT's better. I played GT5 too, and I can tell you it's nothing but over hyped. I quit playing at level 24 (the leveling up was tedious) and somehow it didn't feel FUN. 1000 cars that felt the same. No camera view panning? No decal editing. Boring AI. Crap customization. Awesome graphics? NFS HPursuit looks as good! Can't wait for FM4!

GT5 is great? it doesn't even have a clutch option, physics and damage are pathetic and wow! huge selection of shitty cars were most of them are concepts and stuff, though the "used car" dealership option is really great because in forza you can only pick designs from the cars you have available, and not to mention, the tuning on GT5 is great for a 2004 game : /
they show night driving in real life and the sun raising and setting from totally dark to (of course) daytime. and they have shown the autovista ferrari with its headlights on. If they neglect to include something as amazing and beautiful as nightime racing i will be one sour cookie

@thebestgamerforever no. Kinect driving (hands in the air) is the absolute bottom of the racing. The cars brake and mostly steer on their own.They added Kinect to control the sight in the game so when you turn your head the driver looks around the corner. This works with a wheel or controller. You cal also controll look with the right stick but they just wanted to take advantage of microsoft's motion tracking hardware. You can drive with air if you want tho
all of you don't know but if it wasn't for Gran Turismo in the 90s you wouldn't have Gran Turismo 5 the way it is now, with out the influence of Gran Turismo in the early stages, with out Forza developer saying we have the feel of GT but its the games getting ideas off each other with out the new technology and developers making it more better then you wouldn't have these games at all

What I don't understand is why people are comparing Forza 4 to Gran Turismo 5 when Gran Turismo 5 was the their first official PS3 game in their series (Prologue was just a demo version of GT 5) and forza 4 is the second game on the 360? So shouldn't GT 5 be more compared with forza 3 instead? One thing I will admit is that Polyphony blundered in their development time and release date for GT 5. However when GT 6 comes that is when the real battle begins between Forza 4 and GT 6.

But you can tell the time they spent on it so far was worth it. GTs graphics engine is still better, their 'premium' cars are still more detailed, and the weather effect, day/night cycle is very impressive. U wont see that in forza until forza 6 or something. @wildwilco - gt5s graphics too bright? in what way? yes the lighting can be brighter sometimes but thats how it is in real life. Forza's lighting has always been off, and no amount of detail or polygons to the cars or scenery will fix this. Notice that many of forzas tracks are during sunset? notice if u look at the shadow side of a car in forza its always almost pitch black? If you mean colours then Forza has always exaggerated them more, hence forzas cartoony look.
@sup3rcars acutally if you did reasearch on the game all of the engine noises for each car were recorded from the actual real life counterpart cars hence making them sound like the real car. since most new stock cars are quiet then thats how they will sound in the game. beef them up and add a racing exhaust and engine mods and the sounds come alive.
@sup3rcars GT5 isnt rubbish but i agree with your points though as you basically repeated what I said. The engine sounds arent the best but if i remember right most of the Forza 3 ones were basically exactly the same relative to the type of car (supercar, muscle car etc.) a monaro would not sound like a mustang, imo Shift 2 has the best engine sounds, theres still 200 odd premium cars which make up for 400 shit quality lancers and skylines. Wish they'd fix the shithouse anti-aliasing in GT5.
@vipersickboy24 they just had the top gear track, with this trailer its clear to see they are even using camera tricks and filters familiar with top gear, and i think at the very end they are on the top gear race track, not too sure though
@sup3rcars sure it'll be released within the next few years, as long as they want to keep it on the ps3 (not wait for the PS4, which along with the Xbox 3 or 720, really need to be released soon to keep up with current technology). All that's probably going to be done for GT6 is all cars made premium, more unique cars added instead of all the damn Evo's and Skyline's, more tracks and better antialiasing. Bang done haha
I hope this game also include other conditions such as track and rally cars including rally, forza motorsport ment believe should guide 4 is even more simulation, or that it is also very good that you can create your own, Binilo etc. I wish you could modify more cars and also that can also be changed inside. also hope to include more circuits, the engine sounds are more realistic and in some highly modified cars take out R1 as a fire exhaust,
forza surely motrosport 4, will be overcome by Granturismo 6, turn 10 does not turn a tight budget or time to get this game, is too hasty or pulls include weather such as rain, snow, day and night, forza motorsport missing a lot car to comparison of GT5, ami I personally would like to have more cars like those in group c, as the buttermilk 787B, redbull x1 and also not so well known brands.

What I don't understand is why people are comparing Forza 4 to Gran Turismo 5 when Gran Turismo 5 was the their first official PS3 game in their series (Prologue was just a demo version of GT 5) and forza 4 is the second game on the 360? So shouldn't GT 5 be more compared with forza 3 instead? One thing I will admit is that Polyphony blundered in their development time and release date for GT 5. However when GT 6 comes that is when the real battle begins between Forza 4 and GT 6.

@sup3rcars GT5 got owned when they released it, and most GT5 fans where so disappointed in GT5, like 50% of the die hard GT fans even thought forza 3 was better, and now they got an improvement of forza 3! = 4! :D which means they where allready in the lead, and now they have overtaken GT another lap!

@wildwilco - of course GT5 would seem to get 'owned', it wasnt even finished. PD wanted to spend another 2 years developing it but Sony pushed it out, so they had to rush it in the end. But you can tell the time they spent on it so far was worth it. GTs graphics engine is still better, their 'premium' cars are still more detailed, and the weather effect, day/night cycle is very impressive. U wont see that in forza until forza 6 or something. Only the casula racing gamers thought Forza3 wasbetter

@wildwilco - gt5s graphics too bright? in what way? yes the lighting can be brighter sometimes but thats how it is in real life. Forza's lighting has always been off, and no amount of detail or polygons to the cars or scenery will fix this. Notice that many of forzas tracks are during sunset? notice if u look at the shadow side of a car in forza its always almost pitch black? If you mean colours then Forza has always exaggerated them more, hence forzas cartoony look.

@sup3rcars acutally if you did reasearch on the game all of the engine noises for each car were recorded from the actual real life counterpart cars hence making them sound like the real car. since most new stock cars are quiet then thats how they will sound in the game. beef them up and add a racing exhaust and engine mods and the sounds come alive.

@sup3rcars GT5 isnt rubbish but i agree with your points though as you basically repeated what I said. The engine sounds arent the best but if i remember right most of the Forza 3 ones were basically exactly the same relative to the type of car (supercar, muscle car etc.) a monaro would not sound like a mustang, imo Shift 2 has the best engine sounds, theres still 200 odd premium cars which make up for 400 shit quality lancers and skylines. Wish they'd fix the shithouse anti-aliasing in GT5.

@sup3rcars sure it'll be released within the next few years, as long as they want to keep it on the ps3 (not wait for the PS4, which along with the Xbox 3 or 720, really need to be released soon to keep up with current technology). All that's probably going to be done for GT6 is all cars made premium, more unique cars added instead of all the damn Evo's and Skyline's, more tracks and better antialiasing. Bang done haha

I hope this game also include other conditions such as track and rally cars including rally, forza motorsport ment believe should guide 4 is even more simulation, or that it is also very good that you can create your own, Binilo etc. I wish you could modify more cars and also that can also be changed inside. also hope to include more circuits, the engine sounds are more realistic and in some highly modified cars take out R1 as a fire exhaust,

forza surely motrosport 4, will be overcome by Granturismo 6, turn 10 does not turn a tight budget or time to get this game, is too hasty or pulls include weather such as rain, snow, day and night, forza motorsport missing a lot car to comparison of GT5, ami I personally would like to have more cars like those in group c, as the buttermilk 787B, redbull x1 and also not so well known brands.
