Basically a 'rake' (or rakehell) is immoral, debauched man.

As far as I know a 'ho' (or how ever you spell it) is an abbreviation of 'whore', a synonym for prostitute. So a 'ho' isn't really a pleasure seeker, but rather a person whom others seek for pleasure. Although I will admit that I too though of 'ho'/hoe after hearing the question, it doesn't really fit as well as 'rake' does.
